Everything’s clean and easy to understand. Check in was smooth, staff are incredibly friendly. The location is relatively lower end and sketchy, but I didn’t feel unsafe one bit— the property is right next to the station, so there’s nothing much to worry about. You can sometimes hear the train, but it isn’t bad. It’s not loud enough to be disturbing. You need total silence or focus just to even hear it. Don’t worry about the train noise.

Surroundings with lots of homeless and suspicious people. Not a clean area. Room neighbors were a bit noisy, and the poor noise isolation didn’t contribute.

The price point for this place seemed too good to be true for what you get, but it was everything that was advertised- very clean, located next to multiple transit lines, comfy beds. Hopefully the price stays this low. I would definitely stay here again! Close to train tracks so you hear them go by until the trains stop running at midnight, but wearing earplugs takes care of that issue. No staff on site, check-in was done via a link that they sent through my booking (dot) com account. To check out, you scan a QR code on the back of your room door.

Shower room fan did not work and the whole room smelled like sewage. Dirty blanket. AC not the best. Walls are too thin. Good for what we used it for, one night to transfer to the airport. Would not recommend but price was good.

1. The view of Abeno Harukas from window was awesome. 2. Close to station. 3. Front staff can Speak English,Japanese,Chinese and was super helpful. Rooms are not soundproof.
