That was a good location and the prize was pretty cheap.

Place was very clean n helpful staff. Location to train stn. Toilet n sink being separated. Small rooms. But extremely clean all around. Can seem a bit sketchy due to homeless ppl but wasnt an issue for us.

Everything went great, I loved the place, tiny rooms, but is all that you need. The area in which it is I have seen that many complain about that, but as a Latin American the place is quite good jajajjajaja, I walked calmly and nothing ever happened

Rooms are secured with an electronic lock. There are ~20 rooms per floor. ALL of the locks make a ton of noise. I could not sleep with the constant unlocking of nearby rooms ... This also in the worst area of Osaka I have ever stayed at. I left two days in my four days reservation. Even as a cheap traveller this is not ideal. Install silent locks - better noise insulation.

Staff was really friendly. The dorm was really quiet, beds comfortable and it was a very spacious bed space with a little mirror and stool even. Exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and spacious. There was an entire kitchen and also a big fridge and a lot of space in the community room. Definitely recommend! Nothing. Everything was great:) keep it up!

My room was right next to elevater. It was little noisy sometimes...other than that, everything was perfect!!

It’s convenient and in very good location. If you are going to have an active vacation and use property only for spending nights, this is a perfect place. It’s close to center and to the probably most popular station. The self-checkin process is simple and convenient. It’s cheap, but at the same time rooms are clean, beds are comfortable enough. I liked not having to stay there anymore. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff make you do a pointless and difficult “pre-check in” which you have to repeat again at check in time. If you have difficulty the staff stand around laughing and talking and do not help. I do not expect to be favored over other guests - when I arrived there were three staff and no other guests and they were just laughing and talking and would not help me when I had difficulty with the pre-check in process. The bed linens are unclean and smell of cigarettes and body odour- they have not been washed properly between guests. It is impossible to sleep because of the noise from the subway, and the noise from other guests shrieking through thin walls. I did not sleep a single hour and I feel sick from being so tired and the smell of the bed linens. In other reviews guests have commented on the noise and cleanliness and management responds politely saying they will address it, but it is untrue because nothing has been done after many reviews that all comment on the unclean rooms, noise, and poor attitude of staff. This is a loud, dirty, disgusting place where you will not sleep. The choice to stay at this hotel has ruined my family’s vacation. When I informed front desk staff of the issues, I asked what they would do to help and they said “nothing”. Just continued to smile and say “I’m sorry” but would not even replace dirty pillows and sheets! In my four bed room, three beds had clean sheets and one bed had noticeably dirty sheets when we arrived and they would not accept responsibility for giving us soiled sheets. Two of us crowded onto one bed so that we wouldn't have to use the soiled bed. They continued to repeat they have a policy of cleaning every three days, even though our room was not clean when we arrived. They say they take guest feedback seriously, but never even came to look at the unclean room.

Nothing - this was a terrible experience. When we arrived the rooms were dirty, and the staff would do nothing to help. They responded by saying they clean the rooms every three days, and would not replace the linens that were dirty when we arrived! The smell of cigarettes and body odour from the linens made me sick and they didn't care. They do not care about health and safety here, and the management have a bizarre, defensive response to guest concerns - it's not like a normal hotel where they want to help if there's a problem.

The hotel itself was fairly clean, although the lobby table had visible grease marks from people eating. My room was cute and cozy. I was excited about this hotel at first, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The property has two locations, and it wasn’t clear where to check in or which entrance to use. The lady at the check-in counter was friendly, but another staff member I asked for help seemed annoyed to assist me. The ideal for a solo traveler, but the specific room I was assigned (B108) was not great. The window faced the smoking area where guests often gathered to talk loudly, which woke me up several times. There was also a hallway above the room, and the sound of people walking, almost stomping, was quite disruptive. I could even hear noise from the lobby at times. I contacted the hotel to ask about switching rooms, but they said everything was full. However, I did see new guests checking in the next morning. They told me they would remind guests to be quieter, but the noise continued the following night. The night staff offered earplugs, which was kind, but they were uncomfortable to sleep with. Although the night staff seemed sympathetic, there was no follow-up about changing rooms. By the third night, I was too tired to care. When I checked out, I asked if I could store my luggage for an hour, but I was told this was not allowed. The staff member’s tone came across as unprofessional. The location itself wasn’t ideal either. The nearest Family Mart was about a 10-minute walk away, and the surrounding area had many older men hanging around, which made me uneasy walking alone as a solo female traveler. Overall, while the hotel has some good points, I would not recommend it based on my experience.

The location was convenient for me; I only needed to be in the area. But I must admit that this area is one of the poorest in Osaka. Service is good, and rooms are good, check in check out smooth. I do not remember if i did not like something. It is a good place to stay
