Great accommodation for the price we paid, staff were helpful and it was all we needed. Bed and aircon were good. Check in was simple. For the price, this wasn't major. But the shower is very small and it was a struggle to stand under the shower without constantly having the shower curtain on me.

Our room was small but we didn't mind because the bed was HUGE and comfortable. It was great that a TV with Amazon fire stick was also included in the room. Vending machines are available in the lobby as well as being close to a supermarket and Lawson. Location is ideal to explore Shinsekai district (this is calmer and in my opinion better than the chaos of Dotonburi) and there are lots of transport options. The carpet was a little dirty in our room.

Big bed, got upgraded for free, staff are very friendly, nice reception area. Tv in the room was great it had Netflix. The shower curtain was mouldy and disgusting. They could really doing with changing them.

Friendly staff and somewhat close to a metro station (3 blocks) Not a really nice area. It was the first time I didn’t fell safe in my trip in Japan. The surrounding area had garbage lying around and it’s was not really well maintained. To get out of the area you will need to take a metro out. They just give you water from 14:00 to 24:00. In the morning you are not allowed to get water from the dispenser in the lobby. That just blows my mind, it’s water and every hotel I was in Japan water was always guaranteed.

Convenient location: It was 10 minutes walk to the station with direct train to the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was able to keep my luggage before check-in and after check-out. There is a cheap supermarket nearby, which was great for budget meals. Very close to subway station. The room was very small, but it was common in Japan, especially in big cities. The neighborhood was a bit sketchy at night. I did not feel completely at ease coming back late at night as a solo female traveler. From the train station to the hotel, you would pass by some bars with drunk people outside. On the street of the hotel, shops nearby were closed and it was a little dark around. However, I did not have any problem and nobody bothered me.

The prefab bathrooms in many Japanese hotels are so uncomfortable. Also, the mattress was harder than concrete.

Small but clean room with large tv Not allowed to fill water bottles from the water dispenser in reception. Location isn’t walking distance to much but close to metro
-
The location was alright, convenient links to the rest of the city but the neighborhood was relatively quiet. My room was perfect size for one person, but for more than that it may be a bit tight.
