Location, staff, breakfast Construction had o e elevator closed so lines were long to get up and down but the staff monitored it and if you stood too long, they escorted you to a staff elevator

Location location location !! Fantastic spot, so easy to all the shops, tourist areas and train stations. Staff and the hotel were great. Can’t think of any negatives.

It was a very clean, spacious western style hotel. Every one was very helpful and the breakfast was awesome! The ongoing construction created a terrible wait at the elevator. It could take 10 minutes to get through the elevator. They did not tell us about an option of stairs.

Really nice location, in the center, but quite. Room was spacious and well equipped, and personnel was attentive and supportive. The property was under renovation during our stay, so it only had one elevator working, which many times it meant that we needed some time to get up and down.

Great location, excellent brunch, worth adding to your stay. Lots of choice even with allergies ( gf options), staff very helpful. Under construction but we were not at all bother s by it. One working Elevator is not enough for number of guests

The employees are so friendly and helpful and always smiling.. it felt like we wereat home. The elevators were a little slow in coming but the hotel was crowded so I we understand.. we hope 2 return again. And bring more family nembers.. please k keep up the awesome surroundings and super employees. Aloha n mahalo! 4 everything.!

Bit of construction going on with scaffolding ropes banging against the window. But it’s temporary while they renovate so understandable

The staff were amazing we had a hiccup with our stay and they sorted it out instantly. Even though the hotel is currently under renovation we still had a lovely stay. Just the wait times for the lift, but that’s due to the renovation which we were aware of.

Clean and conveniently located. Plus, the shower was one of the BEST we've ever had. :) The check-in was lined up and slow. And, currently only one elevator was in service, so it was a long wait at times.

There was construction going on in the hotel snd while that didn’t bother us there was only one working elevator which was a bit rough for a large hotel.

Perfectly situated near the subway station, so we were able to explore all of Osaka easily. The hotel room itself was nice and large for a hotel room and the toilet amenities were very modern and elegant. Staff were super helpful with receiving and shipping our larger luggage, and were able to store our smaller luggage after checkout. On the rainy days they even had complimentary umbrellas for us to borrow!

Location was great. 1-3 minute walk from Dotonbori The elevator was horrible. They had 2 but one was out of service. Extremely long waits to get down to main floor and back up to room. Construction had our room window completely covered for first 2 days. Strong smell of paint while workers were painting outside of building. Also, we shortened our stay by one day which turned out to be a problem for refund. I still haven’t received my refund from them.
