Wonderful location. Beautiful rooms. Comfy beds. Bathrooms also very nice with toilet room separate from shower bath. Breakfast buffet delicious! Walking in past the temple is an added slice of zen!

The location was the perfect location, right in the heart of Dotonburi, and especially helpful if you are trying to experience the food culture of Osaka. The onsen was great too!

We had a really great stay at Candeo Hotels Osaka. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from Dotonbori, shopping, restaurants, and nightlife, while still feeling calm and comfortable. The hotel itself was beautiful, and although the room was the smallest we had during our Japan trip, it was still very functional with enough space for luggage without feeling cramped. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the spa area upstairs, which was beautiful and tattoo-friendly, something not always easy to find in Japan. The separate men’s and women’s baths, sauna, and warm pools were a great way to relax after long days walking around Osaka. The coin laundry was also extremely convenient after two weeks of traveling. The only downside was that, for the price, the hotel felt a bit too commercial with extras, there were very few complimentary amenities beyond basic shampoo and soap, and many small extras had to be paid separately. Still, overall it was an excellent stay. Nothing to add

Very near to the shopping area and to the train station. Lots of restaurants to choose ftom. Convenience stores and pharmacies and electronic stores (BIC) also Rooms were comfortable, clean and the whole staff were helpful,attentive and friendly. So far from our experience Candeo is one of the best hotels in Osaka in terms of accessibility of the shopping malls , train /bus station and cleanliness.

The location of the Candeo is excellent, very central. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and I would highly recommend this property.

Because it is a very popular I think that having one more elevator would be helpful but it wasn’t a problem

The location is amazing ant you can’t get a better location in Osaka. Right next to Dotonbori and in the chua ward. Loads of restaurants and shops. Super night life. 10/15mins taxi ride to any attraction. The staff were helpful and offered umbrellas to all the guests when it rained. I found the pillows a little hard but my husband and daughter felt it was fine.

The location is amazing! Near so many things to walk to - Shinsaibashi, Dotonburi, Amerikamura, Orange St., Denden town. The best part is the roof deck onsen. Lovely facilities for bathing, traditional hot baths, cold plunge, and sauna, divided by gender. Part is indoors, part is outside. Made for a great start to the day and open early for those who are jet-lagged. The rooms are on the small side, but fairly typical for Japan. King bed was pushed up against a wall, so one person had to 'crawl' into bed. Breakfast had a ton of variety, but nothing tasted great enough to return to the next day. They are redoing breakfast service and raising the quality in April according to a sign.

Location was amazing. And it was quiet from street noise. Loved the spa and laundry. Loved the spa, but wished there were an area with chairs to relax outside of the hot pools. The bed was against the corner wall, which made it very hard for one person to get up without total disruption to the other. Rooms were pretty tight and no counter space or drawers for clothes. Had to keep everything either in the suitcases or set your clothes on the couch. There are hangers for jackets and shirts/pants. But no counter space for makeup and hair stuff. A little space under sink.
