The staff were very helpful, even when I needed their help to make a call. The location was not the best but it was good enough for what I needed. The room, sheets, halls did not feel clean

Close to everywhere! It would have been better if there was a washing machine somewhere in the building .Other than that , the place is very nice. I would recommend it.

The property was in the middle of a ton of activities. It’s places right next to one of the coolest vintage clothing stores in the city

The building as a whole is set to either heating or cooling. The rooms can't control which mode to use on the thermostat at all. The bed is an old old spring mattress that needs to be retired.

Great location in lively district. Fridge in room, ice machine in hallway. Many supermarkets nearby. The female receptionist from Vietnam was professional and very helpful, great service! Small but varied and nice breakfast buffet. The airco didn't work, the room was too warm. I had to open the window for fresh air but then you heard the street noise. Only 1 small pillow.

Bed and pillows were uncomfortable, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast buffet.. Breakfast was available between 7AM - 9AM, in which I arrived down from my room at exactly 7AM… can someone explain how everything was already cold? Scrambled eggs should have been piping hot but were as cold as if it had been sitting for an hour prior.. the food was so terrible I literally left my tray in disgust. It didn’t help many guests in close proximity were just coughing without covering their mouths, which I understand is cultural norm but to do so around food is inappropriate.. Glad I only booked a single night here.

The hotel is in a wonderful location that allows visitors to explore the vibrant Dotonbori area and enjoy the many shopping opportunities nearby. The room is small, but this is to be expected in Japan. There is also a Lawson convenience store just across the street, which provides everything you might need. Most attractions are within walking distance, and for anything further, the metro is conveniently close. A late check-out at 12:00 is a great advantage. The only downside of our room was the mattress, which had worn-out metal springs. We had to find sleeping positions where we would not feel them against our ribs or hips, which was quite uncomfortable. The duvet, however, was extremely pleasant. Breakfast may not suit Western tastes at first, as it includes typical Japanese options such as fried items, grilled fish, or even beef stew, but you can quickly get used to the local style.

It has a great location and a delicious breakfast! The rooms are a little dated. We couldn’t control the air conditioning to cool since it was locked. The staff are great besides one of the night staff ladies.

A pillow the size of a shaving kit. 1 tiny bath towel, staff rude. And refused to give me a 2nd towel or pillow. The place is a dump, and didn't feel welcome here at all.

location is walkable to main street shopping and train station and small lane shops within 50m. cleaners are very responsible and automatically cleaned up my room when i go for breakfast and cleaned when i am back. Breakfast is a feast with western and Japanese food in 2 separate tables and many bread choices and coffee/tea and 4 fruit juices to choose. It serves very affordable lunch sets too. Bathroom seems to be upgraded recently, clean and usable. Counter service is swift and good and all staff very polite and helpful. Lounge sofa too low and too soft to sit on. bedroom lights position not the best as it make do with circuit and switch locations. pillow can be bigger and harder.

The location was spot on. Very near to Shinsaibashi street which is the major shopping street. Everything is walking distance! The room size unfortunately isn't spacious for a family of 4 like us

1st, the location is great and rooms are the same as pics. 2nd, breakfast buffet. 3rd, clean room and toilet. 4th, staff was kind to us, they even let us leave our things after checking out so we can still tour around before flight. If we ever go back to Osaka, we will re-book for sure Very small trash can in toilet room but that's forgivable haha. And we can't adjust aircon temp. The room temp is just right. We really didn't care.
