Location super nice ! right on the American street, full of restaurants, breakfast places, shops. Room was nice and cosy. Blinds are very annoying, you got the light right on your face when you laying down even tho u closed them (street light and natural light on the morning). I guess it depends where your room is located but we were very close to the highway so if u open the window to get fresh air it is very noisy. Cleaning rules are a bit annoying tbh, every two days, and you have to select the range hours, but during this time (2-5pm for example) u have to be OUT.

Surprisingly quiet eventhough close to a highway. Had everything available. No laundry machine

The elevator always stops at the second floor

Great location near Dotonbori, Namba, river, shopping, etc. Bathtub. Low price for a decent room. Room was a little worn, time for new paint and carpet.

Location is amazing. Right outside Dotonburi, Orange St. and the vintage shop district. Close to restaurants. Great tub in the bathroom. Bed was not the most comfy. Not so close to subway, a bit of a 20 min walk. The room smelled stronly like cigarret smoke. Maybe I accidentally booked a smoking room? The reception guy was a bit rude and did not let me use the bathroom an hour before my check inx

Not super friendly staff, unlikely for Japan especially for Osaka. Hotel was great for value overall, around 10-12 minute walk from Namba station so really good location. Toilet was meh, definitely one of the worst I had in Japan, still electric but very old and doesn't function properly.

No wireless internet I don't care what the management says, just told nothing that they can do. That's BS. So if you need wireless internet stay away from this place otherwise the facilities and locations were great

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. In a great location. Slightly unclean. Stain on bedsheet and dirty carpet flooring in room

WiFi was not working in the hotel room I was given, which was unfortunate. The wifi from the room next door did work.

It was a short walk from main train station. In the heart of the Americamura area which has got a young trendy vibe around. The bathtub in such a small space was a nice touch too. Barely enough room to swing a cat in. (If cat swinging is your thing) we were told we could keep our luggage out in the corridor. That’s personally didn’t feel like a safe option since the elevator for the floors leads out onto the street. At the same time Japan is a high trust society, saw so many bikes parked that were unlocked. Therefore perhaps nothing would’ve happened to our suitcase s in the corridor.

Central Small room

Its location, near several metro stations, Dotombori and shopping areas Reception is on the 2nd floor but no real lobby or space to sit around. Therefore absolutely no interaction with the reception.

We didn’t end up staying the night, but our short time at the hotel left a lasting impression. A booking system mismatch resulted in a smoking room, though Booking.com later confirmed we had, in fact, booked a non-smoking one. Despite this not being our error, we were told the issue was ours to apologize for before the hotel could honor a free cancellation—which they had already offered. Additional concerns included using the luggage storage area 15 minutes early and washing our hands in the room before leaving, which left the sink damp. These were viewed as breaches of etiquette and used to justify the request for a formal written apology. That said, we’re genuinely grateful that the hotel ultimately honored the free cancellation. Expectations were certainly clear—if mostly in hindsight. Be sure to check your spam folder for confirmation emails, and arrive prepared for a meaningful encounter with the fine print.
