walking distance to dotonbori, there is a lawson family mart next door walking distance to train station/subway. it has a laundry area on the 4th floor, was able to do my laundry. room was kind of small but it was ok. every time you go out, you will need to leave your key in the reception area.

Small business hotel room but just fine when you're out and about every day. Very happy with the location for quick access to Dotonbori and Amerikamura areas and yet very quiet too. Compared to the other hotels that we used (3 and 4*) it had the best provision of extra amenities such as body moisturiser, drip coffee sachets, spectacle cleaners and heaps of other items. To be able to open a window for fresh air would've been good, but I understand that for safety reasons maybe it's not possible.

since it’s located in the heart of a nightlife area, it gets very noisy on weekends. The room has poor sound insulation, and the bed and pillows are quite hard. We stayed for four nights, and these aspects made it uncomfortable for us.

In the middle of heart of the city- in between Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Literally just 5 mins walk to lively Dotonbori area. Clean and quite spacious room (compared to most of the hotels in Japan) Lovely and very helpful reception stuff. The Spa and the public bath experience was very nice and unique. Nothing

The value was incredible: it was half the cost of our hotel in Tokyo and included a women’s comfort lounge plus a public bath which was a huge perk. The area probably isn’t where we’ll stay if we return to Osaka.

The hot bath, ladies wellness room, the location and the little amenities bar at reception. The pillows weren't that comfortable

No breakfast at hotel Signage on breakfast hours infront of the lift ground level is misleading. When I went down for breakfast I was surprised to find out that there isn't any F&B outlet in the hotel. We missed our flight Kuala Lumpur-Osaka and arrived in Osaka on 19/3 instead. Hotel requested for a cancellation for 18/3. We have not received the refund for this cancellation. Would appreciate your reply regarding this. For a first visit to Osaka, we were looking for a decent ramen restaurant nearby. Hotel staff were not informative - could not recommend us a good ramen place. Later we found out that there is a good ramen place just diagonally across from the hotel.

The location is near America Town and Dotonbori so the ambience was amazing, the Public Bath was something i did not know they had and enjoyed very much, there is a convenience store on the base floor that is pretty much attached to the hotel so you dont need to go outside to access the store. The room was well equiped, the only one I encounterd on my trip with an foldable chair which I greatly appreciated. The room felt old, like that it needed a refurbish, on the room I stayed I could feel oftenly shaking on the bed, I did not know if it was the cars due to it being nearby to a main road, at least for me it was not too much of a issue but i can imagine being it for someone else.

Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is rowdy. Can smell smoke even in non-smoking room. Prob due to availability of smoking floors. Have to turn on air purifier in the room.
