It was a cheap stay right in the heart of things, so as a "home base" to just sleep through the night, it was passable. It wasn't an absolutely terrible experience, but this is a place for single dudes. Cheap, crude... it's whatever. The staff were friendly. This place was rough. It was dimly lit, there were spaced out people staring off into nothing in the lower levels. The place looked like it used to allow smoking, so it all had that dingy yellowing. The beds were not the most comfortable and most of the controls inside the bed (including the tv) was broken. We got a tv to come on and it just showed looping video footage of groceries. It would make a good horror themed capsule hotel. It was genuinely a little unsettling.

    Nothing Nothing good to say

Cheap, good public baths, it's fun to see the old designs of a building built like 40 years ago. Rooms are also decent. You get what you pay for. The place is quite dirty compared to a normal hotel, and you can see the wear and tear of the hotel. The 2nd floor smelt like cigarette smoke in the main area. Wifi was spotty and not reliable.

Location was great, very lively neighborhood in Osaka, the beds are comfy, and the cost per night is very inexpensive. After pre-paying for our stay at booking.com online, the front desk demanded ¥400 in cash at check-in for "additional fees". During our stay, someone defecated all over the shared bathroom floor and it wasn't cleaned up until 12 hours later in the morning, making much of the level we were staying on smell awful.

I like how accommodating everyone was and how spacious the capsules were. They are clean and sleep well. For me, the mattress was perfect, which is on the firm side. I would say a 7 out of 10. The value is amazing, especially considering all of the extras, including bath and sauna, as well as location.

Zero line at checkout, I just handed them my key and left.

The facilities are old and just feels like a downgrade

I lost my bracelet at the locker room and they dont do nothing. Security is bad. No camera at the locker room. It has a poster that there is mamy theft there. There is indeed.

Bed was a little uncomfortable, but it's what you can expect at a capsule hotel

Location is great! No or limited wifi (issue which I realize have been recurring for the past 6 months in the comments, I am not sure how many months and comments you will need to fix that, but that sounds not reasonable, I already expect as a reply the same copy/paste that I have been seeing like in 20 previous comments on it, which shows that there is a clear lack of consideration ^^)

Location I guess Worst bed I've slept on of all the capsules and hostels ive stayed in, I've seen thicker mattress pads in holding cells. The floor is hollow, makes everything very loud. I think a hairdryer was running during my stay longer than it wasn't. Glad I didn't book longer than a night.

The venue had large lockers. They even had an Onsen (Sauna, Swimming Pool and Shower facility) The location was near two metros, (Namban and Shinsaibashi) The even gave free toothbrush, shaving razors etc The lockers were on a different floors than the room and the Onsen was on another floor, so I had to shuttle between three different floors for no reason! It could be redesigned to create some lockers on the second floor where the beds are located. They did NOT have any cooking facilities, leave along a microwave oven for us to use

It was really dirty. I had to move capsules twice, first because of brown stains on the wall behind the pillow and second because of a smell. All the toilets were clogged at one point.

The location is fantastic. The baths were also very pleasant. Amenities are minimal and the pods weren’t very comfortable. The nozzle blowing air into the pod couldn’t be turned off, only blocked which would make an annoying whistling sound.

I love the big sauna places! It’s kinda old style but very clean, and very comfortable vibes! The WiFi was bad! The connection in your bed was super bad, and only went a certain spot could have a good connection!

Affordable, good location Odd odour at certain areas

Location is good. Japanese bath is good. Staff are good, 100%. Smelly, dirty, smelly lobby, old carpet, everything old, dated, no razors anywhere (is someone hoarding them to take home?). Large backpacker luggage crowding areas where there should be none, obstacles to getting in/out of the pod, rummaging through luggage noise early morning/late at night.

Perfect location. It’s near everything. I booked a solo room (4 capsules in a room) but I was placed in a main room.
