25 hrs drinks i like all of the servise

We liked that the shower and toilet were separate, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also provides complimentary drinks in the lobby, and a breakfast buffet is available for an additional charge. The only downside was the laundry facilities. There are only two washing machines on the second floor for the entire hotel, and one was out of service during our stay, so it was difficult to find an available machine.

Did not ear there, but ideal budget hotel. I liked the seating area in the lobby. The rooms are small, but families can sit in the lobby at the tables to eat and relax. Fun neighborhood. Close to family Mart

property was clean and organized. many toiletries and other essentials were provided. the water dispensers were convenient. staff was friendly and very hospitable. the connecting room with the 3 beds was nice and spacious, but the top bunk bed was too close to the ceiling—a few head bumps do to the little space—not a major issue though.

AC was not good.

Room: Clean, tidy, spacious, and cleaned daily. Perks: Free drinks and snacks in the lobby all day (a very nice touch). Location: Excellent! Extremely close to Dotonbori and within easy walking distance to the subway. Amenities: The room and bathroom are very small and basic, definitely more of a 3-star vibe. Service: Very basic staff interaction, though we had no issues.

There was no view as the building was looking out to other buildings and had obscured glass and there was barely any natural light

Location! Coffee and cold drinks all day long! Nothing

Generous room size, good location and facilities. The room was hot when we arrived and we had to ask the front desk to unlock the thermostat to make it cooler, that was inconvenient

Free coffee and soft drink machines. rooms are very small, air conditioner didn’t work properly and male supervisor was rude during checkout.

Staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was clean! A bit on the smaller size but I’ve learned it’s standard for Japan. No complaints! N/A

Love the location walking distance to everything.the room is spacious,clean and quiet. Love the welcome drinks and snacks and also the breakfast . I didn't like the staffs their not that accommodating,polite and courteous that we expect,

Rooms are really small

This is our 2nd year in a row, this time we brought friends and family and we absolutely love the rooms, breakfast buffetm price, and location. Will be coming back again for the third time in '27 N/A

Location, staff and amenities were great! The hotel is near shopping and Dotonbori. Since it is at the center, we just walk to the Glico Man, to shopping then end up in Dotonbori for dinner, all by just walking. And it is also near the train station. If you only have one hand-carried item and a purse you can just walk to the Namba Train Station, but if you have big suitcases, take the taxi. Taxis are very convenient and not expensive because there were 3 of us. none

Staff is amazing❤️

Cleanliness, location, friendly staff, inexpensive. Loved that the hotel was able to hold our luggage after checkout to be able to explore the city. Also, they were able to fulfill our request to have our luggage delivered to the next hotel. More vegan options for breakfast would be wonderful. Maybe separate the meat from the potatoes? Something as simple as offering alternative milk, like soy or oat milk, could make a big difference. I ate my cereal dry. This is something I struggle with in all my travels, not exclusively to Karaksa Hotel, so I tend to expect limited options for hotel breakfast.
