Free coffee and soft drink machines. rooms are very small, air conditioner didn’t work properly and male supervisor was rude during checkout.

Love the location walking distance to everything.the room is spacious,clean and quiet. Love the welcome drinks and snacks and also the breakfast . I didn't like the staffs their not that accommodating,polite and courteous that we expect,

This is our 2nd year in a row, this time we brought friends and family and we absolutely love the rooms, breakfast buffetm price, and location. Will be coming back again for the third time in '27 N/A

Location, staff and amenities were great! The hotel is near shopping and Dotonbori. Since it is at the center, we just walk to the Glico Man, to shopping then end up in Dotonbori for dinner, all by just walking. And it is also near the train station. If you only have one hand-carried item and a purse you can just walk to the Namba Train Station, but if you have big suitcases, take the taxi. Taxis are very convenient and not expensive because there were 3 of us. none

Cleanliness, location, friendly staff, inexpensive. Loved that the hotel was able to hold our luggage after checkout to be able to explore the city. Also, they were able to fulfill our request to have our luggage delivered to the next hotel. More vegan options for breakfast would be wonderful. Maybe separate the meat from the potatoes? Something as simple as offering alternative milk, like soy or oat milk, could make a big difference. I ate my cereal dry. This is something I struggle with in all my travels, not exclusively to Karaksa Hotel, so I tend to expect limited options for hotel breakfast.

We love their breakfast and beverage machine available 24/7. Clean hotel and nice staff. Nice selection of toiletries. They even have hair products and some skin care. We thought the AC was broken but learned that they regulate the AC at night. Wish they had more washing machines.

Lots of street noise (even 10 floors up) and we could clearly hear a lot of what was going on in the next room.

The location is unbeatable! Close to Dotonbori and beautiful department stores. The room was very tiny for 2 twin beds room, no closet, no folding luggage stand, no safe, no chair to seat.

Close walk to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Free coffee, tea, water etc and small snacks are available. Being charged 500 yen for lost key card.

Location was great and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We booked the king sized room which was spacious. Room needs more spots to hang towels and clothes, like a hook behind the bathroom door and more one more bar in the room.

Location location location! About a 5-7 min walk to the subway station, 2 blocks from a 24/7 Don Quijote (great for jet lag), and right in the middle of all the namba/dotonbori activity! Also - free snacks and drinks in the lobby pretty much all day after breakfast. The room AC units are preset so you can’t adjust the temperature to be cooler unless you call the front desk to do it centrally. The rooms were very hot, making it a bit uncomfortable the 1st night, but once we called and adjusted, the temperature (and comfort) was fine.
