They could only hold my luggage until 3pm after checked-out.

It is in centre, easy to walk for shopping I like the staff, they are very friendly and very supportive

Good location, easy access to Namba area. Away from the busy street of Namba. Family Mart is just a few steps aways from the hotel, within walking distance. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping street. Room light is a bit dim. TV was not functioning, it could be switched on but the tv program cannot be activated. Washroom requires a bit of maintenance.

Rooms were very small, outdated.

All good

It was a bit dated and my room plus the entire floor my room was in smelled like cigarettes.

location was great; room met advertisement. Staff & logistics: they were very unwilling to allow us to store luggage with them until late afternoon. Our flights were late at night. I can appreciate needing checking out early, I have not problem with that, but most hotels are fine with luggage being stored for collection later. This place was not. Internet was also dodgy after 11pm. fine during the day but for some reason dropped off a night.

very good location,711 and lawson are not far away. You can hear the noise if people speak louder。I can smell smoking most of time, very unpleasant.

Excellent location, efficient staff. The toilet didn’t flush properly and smelled bad. The single pillow was paper thin.

lovely interior, super amazing location, and spacious room, especially the bathroom. the complementary “breakfast” was a nice gesture, but guests must be reminded that it’s only pastries soup and beverage.

The pillow was the best … bed very comfortable… Pola shower care was great … fud was excellent & I love the ambience of the restaurant .. The room outdated and the television was so small just above the dresser …

Great location. The room was just the right size for a single traveller. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. The outside space was pretty, with a piano being played on a few occasions was a nice addition. Would stay again for another short visit in Osaka. Room was a bit dated, but the bathroom was lovely! Bed slightly uncomfortable but not too bad. Rooms could do with just a bit of modernising considering the lobby and outer appearance.

i think it needs renovation. among the hotels i’ve stayed around the area, this is definitely the oldest. the water pressure on the toilet sink is too low that i could barely brush my teeth. water leaked when i switch it on maximum.

Staying at New Osaka Hotel Shinsaibashi was a great experience. The accommodation itself was well placed for our needs with a Metro stop nearby. Nearby is also the city part of America-miura, which is quite interesting as a neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring it. The main highlight of the stay was the breakfast, it was mostly Japanese-style and was very tasty and well prepared with a good choice, from Cold Brew coffee to Miso Soup everything was perfect! The premises also include a beer machine, which produces draught beer , which is a nice delight after a day exploring Osaka. Overall, this was a great place to stay and at least for me it ticked all the boxes.

Very plain and simple . Nice bed . It’s a room with aircon and nice bathroom . Cheap hotel . Was impressed . Breakfast nice .

Staff were extremely friendly and always greeted me whenever I passed through. Room and bathroom are clean, everything was in order and the hotel is incredibly posh for its price point.
