The staff was very courteous and helped me locate my forgotten belongings at a Shinkansen station. Awesome location. Late night worker pressing you to come in for a massage near the hotel entrance. It could use some updating interior in the future.

The room was nice and very clean. We were afraid that the hotel might be too tacky/tourist trappy just because of the dinosaurs, but it was actually very nice and comfortable. The hotel staff speak english and they have a vacuum sealer machine for your luggage.

Dinosaur at check in was cute. Beds were comfortable, but only 1 flat pillow for each. Location was in a skeezy area, room layout was inefficient and awkward (couldn't walk between the beds, no room for luggage), amenities were lacking as compared to other hotels we stayed in at same price in japan. Breakfast was terrible (cold eggs & and sausage, and the same menu each day). We left a day early and stayed at Shizutetsu Prezio Hotel. We'd stayed in one in Kyoto and really liked it. Clean, comfortable and good value for the menu with a fabulous and varied breakfast

Rooms were quite big and clean....We of course loved the dinosaur receptionist. The included breakfast was very delicious. Location is excellent. It's quiet at night with many small shops to explore. Family mart just a 2 minute walk. thinner walls. I could hear people in the other room talking.

The breakfast was a little weird--combo of western fare and typical japanese stuff. Location is in a maid cafe/karaoke bar at night. Food was good but the whole place felt a little "seedy" on vibes alone. While the automated dinosaur concierges are a fun gimmick, they are not very helpful if anything goes wrong. While my check-in/out was relatively painless, I saw a ton of other people struggle, which caused huge back-ups in the lines during prime check-in/out hours.

Their service. The location and room was clean. Breakfast was also good! Nothing - in fact they were better than good. I had lost a pair of sunglasses and they helped me checking the room and tracking the glasses.

It’s a no-frills hotel, definitely a three star event, but if all three star hotels were this clean and laid out this well, I’d stay three star all the time. The theme rooms were a hit with the kids. The pillows were really weird and they only gave you one
