Holiday Inn Osaka had comfortable beds and larger bathroom when comparing to previous hotel in Tokyo. Location was near shops and many good food spots in Dotonbori. Aircon was strong and room stayed nice and cold. While it was a prime location for shopping and eating, the area gets really busy during night time with party goers. There will be intoxicated people from night until 7am. So just be aware of that if you have young children. Bedroom was a little tight with 3 beds very minimal walking room.

Location overall was ok, rooms had good space. Aircon was not working in our rooms the day/night prior to check-out early the following morning and we were not given a replacement room until 10pm and only 3 beds vs 4 pax.

Location is simply perfect, close to dotonburi and surrounding Room size for some maybe bit small. But may not issue for those focus on going out and shops.

Excellent location in Dotonbori. However, if you prefer a more quiet and less chaotic area then it’s best to book a hotel elsewhere as it can get really busy around the hotel at night None, we wanted a central location and we got it

There is no temporary parking for waiting in the lobby, so it is difficult to bring a large family.

Location near Dotonbori and Don Quijote and 7-11 Bathroom was dirty with hair, not enough place to put my toiletries in the bathroom (they can hang a holder of our stuff to use the space), staff was rude, my room was facing a top of the other company and when I asked to be moved, the Mgr refused. Only 1 washer/dryer per floor and always in use, the bath tub clogs when in use the water slowly goes away so your feet has dirty water while taking a shower (need upgrade). The socket to charge phones is on top of the bed, my charger fell on my head, they need to add more electric socket with USB and C chargers. The bath tub is too high for short people, I bumped my knee and almost fell. Whenever we enzer the room it smells like an old bldg. Need total upgrade on batjroom and rooms. For the price that we paid we didnt get our money's worth.
