Location! Walking distance to Dotonbori. Very closed to metro.

Its so close to dotonbori. Everything is near, 7/11(just beside the lobby), two streets away train station (Nippombashi Station), and the famous dotonbori street is just 1 minute walk from the lobby. Facilities are great, free toiletries and free nightwear. The bed is big and the communal is heated. Small bathroom but it is expected.

The hotel was located right near Dotonbori and was close to many of the sights. It was also close to a lot of bars and places to eat. The check in process was easy, and the staff were excellent. The view from the room was pretty good. When it rained during the stay, I didn't have an umbrella, and the staff there offered an umbrella for me to use. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and free toiletries were offered. There was a mini fridge in the room that was very useful.

Room had an odd smell like they were covering up cigarette smoke with incense. The bedding was not clean when I showed up. And the establishment did not seem very clean but you get what you pay for...eh 100 bucks a night XD

Close to all the shopping stores and food hubs Room too small! It gets noisy at night.

Nice but very dated property. Good for a backpacker but wouldn’t stay here again Old, dirty area. Rooms very old and small.

Close to everything we wanted to do. Beds were very comfortable and nice warm good pressure shower.

But I guess they need to improve more on cleaning the room. I mean it is decent to its price. A bit disappointed to see the dirt on bathroom and table

The property was pretty much right in the heart of Dotonbori and trains were within walking distance. Fabulous on the location front and it had laundry facilities which came in handy and a 7 Eleven right under the building. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and you only got 1 pillow which felt as thin as a piece of paper. I'd recommend upgrading the pillows at lest or adding an additional one as it wasn't a good sleeping experience.

Location location location. This is probably the best spot in Osaka, right in Dotonbori with walking access to EVERYTHING. It was also very affordable. The hotel isn't much, but it was great price for great location. Also they have wonderful laundry facilties in house - washer/dryer combo that don't even require detergent. The rooms are very small and there are no facilities - which is fine given the huge advantages of the hotel - price and location. But they don't even have couches or benches in the lobby! One bench would be enough!
