Decent size for a Japanese hotel and close to everything. AC was a little weak.

The rooms where very modern and clean. The staff where very friendly and very helpful with check in and out as we only speak english.

The breakfast was wonderful- loved the western as well as Japanese options. Fantastic customer service- well taken care of when air con was not working.

Close to the action and lots of stores. You have to ask for amenities rather than just having them available to grab like some other hotels.

The location of the hotel was good and just walking distance to all. The staff especially at the front desk were all very friendly and accommodating. Just maybe they could consider placing a water station in every floor/level.

The location is good I payed the breakfast buffet but for me it’s not Satisfying. I stayed 5days. But i ate 2 times for breakfast only coz i came back the other day and its the same menu again egg and mackerel only

Location is excellent, breakfast buffet was decent and room size was decent. Bed was too hard for me.
