The location of the hotel was good and just walking distance to all. The staff especially at the front desk were all very friendly and accommodating. Just maybe they could consider placing a water station in every floor/level.

The location is good I payed the breakfast buffet but for me it’s not Satisfying. I stayed 5days. But i ate 2 times for breakfast only coz i came back the other day and its the same menu again egg and mackerel only

The hotel is very well located has 7/11 right at the entrance. close to main food street and airport bus stop is opposite to the hotel. Perfect stay. The staff were very good, we stayed in several types of room. Liked all types of room. The air condition did not work on 9th floor in our room, we complained two days in a row and the staff changed our room.

Healthy multi-course breakfast we enjoyed every morning, staff was very helpful and friendly. We requested room close to elevator, as we are both physically limited, and our room was wonderfully close and convenient. pillows were hard and bed was a little hard, but ok… Aircon is regulated by hotel at night..was too hot for sleeping comfortably. I kept complaining and they tried adjusting from office, but same thing every night….

Excellent property! Great staff with easy check in (and luggage storage offered before and after check in or check out). Very well located next to several subways. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet and shower. We would gladly stay again.

Short (2 minute) walk to Dotonbori tourist area. Outstanding staff, friendly efficient and accommodating. Very good breakfast. The room was very well designed although compact by Western standards.
