We thought the hotel was very nice - the rooms were large compared to some other hotel rooms in Japan, everything was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly and we were in walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go! We felt the hotel breakfast was slightly overpriced for the food provided

The location. The twin room was way too small. The bathroom felt like an rv bathroom and the sink and the shower drains weren’t working.

Location was key. Everything was close by. All three diff types of conbinis were right downstairs/across the street. Shopping for all the latest stores/niche products was all walkable. Train station 2 blocks away by foot. Pleasant staff, plush beds. Bathroom smelled a bit. And the room was smaller than expected.

Loved the property, centrally located, convenient. long waits during checkin snd long wait to enter the dining area with coupons. While check in , even when there were no customers all the staff were busy looking at their computers making us wait longer, a man randomly cut into the line and they started answering questions for him.

This hotel was comfy for our family of 4. Small bathroom.

The breakfast was pretty expensive and disappointing. The pillows were uncomfortable. The view was not good at all.

Location wasn't too bad and is in walking distance to eateries and shopping. However, it's far from other attractions that it is required to take a taxi or uber, which is more expensive than the train. The room was spacious. Beakfast is great. Love all the healthy options. I would like more diversity for options every day instead of the same things. There were 1-2 different items but overall all items were the same day to day. The requirement of using only coins for the laundry. Should at least have a change machine avaialble instead of having to walk down to the front for change. There was electronic pay for the washer, but not the dryer.

The sky bath is beautiful (when it's not crowded). Water pressure in the bathroom is awesome. The staff is friendly and assists with my inquiries professionally and efficiently. The luggage delivery/reception service is awesome and secure. Great location, close to the action all hours of the day. The sky bath is constantly crowded, so crowded it was mostly chaotic, so was the dressing room for the bath. The luggage storage area self-service and was chaotic and people were constantly pushing each other to get a spot. The dryer price was very expensive (something like 200 yen every 10 minutes) Room was a bit small but it was expected in Japan.
