The size of the room and the bathroom ,the location it’s near to doton plaza where the airport bus pick and drop to dotonburi and to aeon 24 hrs supermarket Some misunderstandings with the language but if you have translators it will do

The location was good. There were lots of shops and restaurants that were only a few minutes' walk from the hotel. There were several convenience stores nearby (family mart, lawson, 7 eleven). Would recommend an upgrade to a non-smoking room if you are a non-smoker as the hallway would smell of nicotine if a guest did smoke.

Staff were helpful and nice, they helped forward our luggage. Bed was comfortable and big. Bathroom was a decent size.

By far some of the best receptionist staff I've met during this stay! The building itself is a stones throw away from the famous Dotonbori filled with food stalls stores and that one neon light "Glico" running man. A further walk southbound down the street directly in front of the hotel and you'll reach Nipponbashi den den town (denki no machi) which is a mecca of pop culture where you'll find all sorts of electronics shops, maid cafes, anime goods and more. The view was of the side street which was fine but couldn't capture too much of the skyline. We came at the tail end of breakfast but they had already stopped serving new food, the kushiyaki was solid though. Some guest ate only the niku from the nikujaga (leaving only jaga) which I understand is not the hotel's fault but was kind of amusing

good option for the price. Amenities are good and location as well. You are very close to dotombori and the main shopping areas. Bus to the airport is at 100m of the hotel which is good, since you can go walking with your baggage. Room is very small, but ok considering other hotels in Japan. Basically all the hotels in japan are really small, unless you pay for a huge room. If you only use the hotel for sleeping, it is a good option for sure

The location is the hotel is very good, it’s just a few minutes walk to the Shinsaibashi. There’s a AEON in a few streets away and you can purchase may things from there.

Clean room, restroom and bedsheets too. Clean towels are supplied daily. There is weighing scale at the lobby. Staff are friendly. Microwave is on 12th floor, inconvenient for the guests. The room for 3 guests are too small. There are even charges if you accidentally stained the linen or bedsheets. Room is not ideal for big luggages to unpack and pack.

The hotel was spacious. The bathroom was spacious too. There is a convenience shop about 1 mins walk from the hotel. About 5 to 10 mins walk to koromo market and dontonburi. There is a bit of difficulty to walk to this hotel with your luggage as there is no escalator on the nearby train station. Another way to go to the train station is to walk about 10 to 15 mins to Namba station where there is an escalator to the train station.
