The hot spring help me relax and recovered from the tire of the trip. There is a strong smell in the room, I guess that is the perfume from last visitor, better resolve this smell before handover.

Pillows were flat and bed was hard and noisy street sounds at times.

The onsen is nice Rock hard mattresses, uncomfortable pillows that felt like cement, poor insulation in walls and loud street noises (4th floor room 407 on a Saturday night)

The rooms were sized well and laid out well for the space, the bath facilities were excellent and the breakfast was great The location feels like it is surrounded by some sketchy things like host clubs and massage services but it was fine

Location is perfect. Not crazily busy.A short walk from Dontobori, Shinsaibashi... There are many small restaurants on all the side streets around the hotel. Sauna is very hot at 94C. The room is tiny. There is no room to move around or sit besides the beds. May be ok for a short 2-3 nights' stay. Hot spring is very weak; almost like ordinary water, no smell nor color.

Lovely stay, perfect location and friendly staff. Great breakfast, night time massage chairs and ice cream. Would definitely stay again. Thin pillows, but asked for, and received more pillows.

Need truly queen bed for couple! not 2 twin beds put together! Our bathroom has very bad smell from the sewage line. It appears that they did not employ 1 way flow valve, so the sewage smell creeps back to opening!.

Nothing really Check in was a mess, they provided stained clothes for me to wear, rooms were small, onsen was extremely small and had lines to use anything. Terrible experience. Will never return. Worst Japan stay I’ve ever had.
