Hotel Forza Osaka Namba Dotonbori

Location was great. Breakfast had multiple options. The staff at the front desk were accomodating. My only BIG complaint was the smell. Our first room had a terrible body odor which was unbearable. I requested to have our room changed which the front desk very nicely switched us without an issue. The second room had the same problem. At that point, I didn't request to change rooms given that many of them had probably the same problem. I couldn't wait for our stay to end due to the smell. The hotel needs to do a better job of changing/washing the actual pillows (not the pillowcases only) since that was probably the issue, though not sure if the carpet or seats against the windows were also stinking. The room should be better aerated to improve this problem. My husband and 8 year old son also smelled the terrible odor in the rooms so it wasn't only me. I wouldn't stay there again for this problem.

Great hotel right at the best spot in Osaka. The location can not be better.

It’s in the middle of Dotonbori Street where the action is. Countless cafes, restaurants, streetfood stalls, ramen house,drugstores, Family Mart, Don Quiojote, etc are your neighbors. But inside the hotel, it’s quiet and you can’t hear the buzz outside. The drink vendo machine does not accept bills or coins, just wallet cards. But no big issue on that since Family Mart and all sorts of restaurants are just right outside.

The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable—truly the best you can find in Dotonbori. Even though it is right in the heart of the downtown area, the rooms are incredibly well-soundproofed. The shower facilities are fantastic, featuring strong water pressure and consistent hot water. The room size is also quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. On top of that, the staff is very friendly, and there is a wide variety of amenities available However, because there was construction going on right next to the building, they started working every morning at 9:00 AM sharp like an alarm clock. It wasn't a huge problem for me since it forced me to wake up early, but it's definitely something to keep in mind.

The location was right in the heart of Dotonburi where all the action was. We were central to everything we needed - close to the train station and public transport, plenty of excellent food choices available close by, and a beautiful hotel to come home to after a long day of exploring. We loved our time here, thank you!

Literally right on dotombori, amazing location, every night was vibrant and lively and we never heard a sound of it in our room, great location close to the train station, the strip, as well as a very lovely set of staff. 10/10 we will be coming back to this hotel

Amazing location at a great property! We really enjoyed our stay here. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was nice and we especially liked the bathroom layout. The room was super quiet despite being in the middle of all the action of Dotonbori. Nothing!

Clean, modern room, spacious, and close to the heart of everything. Can be hard to navigate too due to the hotel being in the heart of the everything.

The location was great! Close to everything needed. Easy check in and check out. I liked how the front doors are closed from 12a-6a which felt like good security as the only way to enter is if you had a room key. Also liked how they had a scale to weigh our luggage. Rooms are standard but we were only there at night to rest and sleep. Room was pretty clean too. Would definitely stay there again. None

The staff were helpful. I guess that’s about all there was to liking Forza hotel. 2nd time staying at Forza Dotonbori. The quality of the rooms are downhill when booked on booking.com. The double room is super small for 2 adults and a kid. The rooms were really stinking. The breakfast quality was really bad compared to last time. All in all not recommended at all.

Location was amazing. We were riding the middle of everything comfortable beds, hot shower cold air conditioning. They only downside is that we were giving three beds and we were four people so sleeping was a little tight. Additionally, the breakfast was not included and he was on the pricier side for what he was offer. breakfast was not included and we needed one extra bed
