Great location , quiet despite noisy area, we stayed on the 4th floor. Repairs done at next door property.

The coffee machine and breakfasts were very good. The laundry was handy but expensive. Good tourist location in Osaka and close to the local train stations. The room was not suitable for tourists. There is no room to open and store even carry-on size suitcases. Not the level of service and cleanliness we had gotten used to in Japan.

It was a great location, you're high up too so you can't really hear the noise of the super busy street down below. A car can't get to the entrance of the hotel, you have to walk your luggage a good 5 minutes.

Location was a little too busy. Didn;t realize how insane the surrounding walkways got in afternoon in evening so walking to catch metro involved quite a bit of crowd surfing.

The hotel looks nice and modern. Our room had a strong urine odor. We were moved by helpful staff to a room where the smell was much less noticeable. Also, the location could be good or bad depending on your type of vacation. We were doing a roadtrip, thus parking in this area was not the closest or most economic, bit, if you are into the party scene, the hotel is right in the middle of the Dotombori where you have all the food and clubs you need. Very crowded area.

Great location in the center of the dotonbori district. Very nice small hotel with comfortable beds and bedding. It was very clean and pleasant stay Only drawback is the street is a walking street so had to walk 5-10 minutes to the cross street to catch a taxi but minor Inconvenience

Location was the best. Check in and check out was a breeze. The free coffee and toiletries were a great bonus for everyone in my group! nothing much

Wonderful and friendly staff. Spacious enough room for Japan. Even had a couch and table. Spacious bathroom with full size bath. Loved the shelves under the mirror for storing toiletries. Bed was comfy BUT beware of the pillows. Worst pillows in the history of pillows. We travel a bit I can can make do with whatever I am given but this was a disaster. All the positives about this hotel makes up for it but try to either bring your own or buy a pillow. They were like solid rocks to the point that my ear started hurting throughout the night.
