Nice The self checkin is not very user friendly when you book few rooms, we need to proceed with few times of check in abit inconvenience
-
The dont have curtain !The sun rise at like 4am these day and it super bright and you cant have a good sleep at all!
-
Big room, good breakfast and clean facility The elevator can take quite long and the lobby is confusing to find for first timers
-
High quality, spacious room for Japan standards with all the amenities you need and a big HDTV. Comfortable bed, coin laundry with keylock so nobody can take your stuff out and always very friendly staff. There are no normal "curtains" but these wooden slats , they don't 100% line up when closed, letting some light seep in, when the sun rises. This is across multiple rooms (stayed here many times) - eye mask solves this problem if you're easily waken up by light.
-
The lounge area Nickel and dime. Cleaning service was very aggressive and would ignore the signs on the door. Restaurant was not predictable. Laundry was often broken, particularly the drying.
-
I wish there was complimentary water bottle refill station and coffee bar in the hotel! They do provide bottled water in the room free of charge and coffee you can make in the room but all other hotels we stayed at provided water bottle refill station and coffee bar so was expecting this

Loved the location and the staff was super nice. Charming apartment.

I stayed only one night, but I really liked the hotel. The single room was spacious and well equipped, the bed was comfortable, and it’s located right next to a lovely supermarket in a more residential part of Osaka, so it didn’t have much of a touristy feel. I would definitely come back if I need a place to stay while traveling to other cities or even as a base for exploring Osaka. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but the neighborhood feels very residential and is perfect for experiencing the local lifestyle.

When I asked one staff member in the hotel lobby at the bar to fill my bottle with tap water, he refused.

Great breakfast offerings.Good coffee.

Perfect location! Perfect stay and experience
-
Meals Good. Expensive for what was available Lovely relaxed setting. A joy in contrast to Tokyo WiFi was terrible. Resorted to ESim
-
Location was good The blinds in the room didn’t block out the light at all… so we both forced to wake up at 5 am. And the AC was just above the bed, the wind blew just towards my head, very uncomfortable. (Didn’t expect there will be wall AC these days in hotel) The shower curtain already went mouldy.
-
No eggs of the type “sunny side up” at breakfast. Precooked eggs not good

This place was so cozy, elegant, and felt really new. The room size is on par with Japanese standards, but it felt like there was more space thanks to the shelves on the wall. The room was overall very cozy and we really enjoyed spending time in the room. The neighbourhood is cozy and I really liked the supermarket that is right next to the hotel. The trash can in the room was small and I felt bad leaving my trash next to it after doing all the shopping. Also, the hotel bar closed pretty early, so there was no opportunity to go down for a drink after coming back from exploring the city.

The room was too bright, outdated restroom
