The plug adapter provided by the hotel is for USB charger only, so you should bring your own adapter.

The location is great, is near Donbori and there are great restaurants around. It is also near the railway station. The facilities were not 100% clean or sanitized. The shower rooms had a moisty smell (I actually saw mold in both shower rooms) and there was always a bit of trash on the floors. Also the rooms had an unpleasant smell.

The hotel is located near Hommachi Station, so it was easy to get there in a short period of time. It's also near convenience stores, so if you want to save money on food, you can buy your meals there and heat it up with the hotel microwave. Drinks are also available, both via dispenser and vending machine. All the facilities were clean and there were many items available for rental or free use. Not a major issue, but the bidets in the 4th floor restrooms weren't functioning. I did have access to the 2nd floor, so I used the restrooms there instead. Hopefully they get it fixed soon.

Perfect stay. Was near the Hommachi Station and transportation made easy. Stayed there for the concert so it was perfect stay for me. Beds were comfy, rooms and the space given and the utilities provided are were perfect.

Convenient location close to Hommachi Station. The room was more spacious than I was expecting! We could comfortably fit two small suitcases and still have room to move around. There were multiple shower rooms on the floor, so I didn't have to wait to take a shower. The staff were also very kind at check in and made sure we took extra blankets to our room as the AC heater on our floor wasn't working well that day and it was quite chilly outside. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Very comfy bed and great amenities. Everything was very clean and organized. About 15-20 minutes walk from Dotonbori. Great location and not far from train station. Drinks provided downstairs, with hot water, microwave and fridge on your floor level. I would stay here again. Nothing.

I liked how comfortable it was. The beds were comfortable and sturdy so even though they were bunk bed style, you needn’t worry about people making noise when climbing to their top bunk. They offered breakfast and free drinks as well! The floor in the powder room could become a bit messy.

Great hostel, my stay was almost perfect. If I had to say something it would be the air conditioning being too loud at night, but it doesn't really matter, everything is great.

Cleanliness Rudeness. Everywhere on walls the hotel displays punitive action will be taken on boarders for anything and everything. Even a crumpled bedsheet ( after sleeping) imposes a hefty fine ! Those who miss school and brow beating will be comfortable here

Excellent location, room and bathrooms were very clean. Free soft drinks from 3pm-10pm was nice to have also. Our room was beside the automatic door which was very loud everytime somebody walked through. We had to sleep with ear plugs every night. The staff weren't very friendly or forthcoming with help. I needed to ring a Japanese phone number and I tried to use the hotel phone. The staff deliberated for quite a while and then decided I was only allowed to use the phone once. None of the staff spoke great English and we had to use Google translate. Also don't rely on the free breakfast. Bread and coffee is all that is included.

I liked the location The heat was blasted so high I thought I was going to get a bloody knows. Bathrooms and showers were limited and the futons were so flat and stiff it was extremely uncomfortable

Clean shared toilet & bath. With space for your luggage & other things adjacent to your capsule bed. Free simple breakfast and free vendo drinks until 10:30pm. Good wifi. Helpful staff. Only 1 toaster available. Had to line up to toast your bread if breakfast area is busy.

staffs are nice, and the room and bathroom is so clean and quiet, really good for solo trip people nice local place around. Hommachi station is big, please go to exit 23 for the hotel.
