The facilities and staff were amazing. My sister is a smoker and she didn’t have to go far for the designated smoking area. It is very conveniently located near multiple convenience stores and restaurants. Furthermore, the hostel doubles as an izakaya with delicious food options at a wonderful price. The staff were all phenomenal, always greeting us with a smile and striking up conversations. When my sister needed to use the restroom, she had to go downstairs in order to use the women’s restroom, but this was only a mild inconvenience and was not enough to be a deterrence for a return visit.

I stayed at this hostel for just one night, as I was just passing through Osaka. But I can say that it was definitely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at. I found it very interesting that as soon as you enter there is a restaurant and then before going up to your room you have to take off your shoes and put on slippers. The staff is very helpful and gives you a kind of entry card along with a piece of paper with the name of your room, the floor, your bed number, the Wi-Fi password and other important information. If you need to rent towels, toothbrushes or other amenities, you can do so. The women's bathroom has a hairdryer and soap. The beds are comfortable, there is also a small lamp inside your sleeping space. Anyway, it was a very good experience! The price is very affordable and the location is also very good. You can easily walk to the famous Dotonbori district, it takes about 20 to 25 minutes. It's definitely worth a visit!

Great location. Walking distance to Namba and not far from the Castle, Umeda and other hotspots For the larger rooms there is a wall separating the beds so it felt like we had our own room in a way. Ladder for upper bed was very uncomfortable, almost fell down few times. There’s no handle so there’s nowhere to grab. It would be a nightmare for older people. The bedroom doors dont lock so even though our room was girls only, it could feel more secure with a lock. Bathroom is on second floor so if you’re staying on the 4 or 5th you have to go 2/3 floors down to shower. Same for toilets. Beds were decent although I couldn’t use the blanket as there was only a single sheet, meaning if the sheet moved in my sleep I would be touching the dirty blanket (since they don’t get washed after each use). There should be blanket sheet that zips up. You are also expected to put the sheets and pillow case on the bed yourself, and remove them at the end of the stay and throw them in the laundry bin. The common area is very small for the number of guests the hostel can have so at times we couldn’t go in as it was full (about 8 ppl capacity). Check in and check out were easy and fast and staff was nice.

Great location, not far from metro station and the main nightlife area. Room was clean and staff were friendly and welcoming Felt relatively outdated compared to other hostels I stayed at. Nearest bathroom was out of order for my whole stay. Not the best for security - while the front door was locked overnight, the door to the room had no lock

Nothing It was the most disgusting place I have ever visited. The bedsheets were used and had stains and the room smelled like cooking oil. They also had a case of bedbugs in the past. I stayed an hour or so and booked something else.

Very easy going and comfortable. Close to the subway station and konbinis. I would come back! Not much. The restroom on my floor was out of order, but the downstairs one was usually free.

Everything was very clean, great WiFi, super cheap breakfast (200yen). The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Price very cheap. And there is two subway stations nearby you can walk to in 10 minutes. Many convenience store and one supermarket to get food and cold beers for 24 hour Not thing
