Good location, very clean, comfortable and silent for the price

Price is cheap, so expect to get what you pay for. The vibe there is super friendly, staff and guests are kind. This is a social type of hostel. Also the kitchen was an added bonus The rooms are stinky and dirty, a bit of a sketchy location in the nearby streets

Spoke english decently close to rail. The smell was horrendous. So bad. Everywhere you went.
-
The beds were very squeaky, and not a lot of mattress so a bit uncomfortable.
-
Kinda cramped but acceptable.
-
i think the downsides is that you will have almost no privacy with the bunk bed, as well as the curtain as the only seperation option. the hygiene facilites in floor 2 is also suck, nothing compare to floor 1's. There is also no washing and drying machine

Bathroom was in disrepair, rules forbidding talking at night or outside felt like the establishment wasn't even supposed to be there and that we were expected to hide. There was no staff uniform, name tags, or any way for me to know who actually worked there. Pictures don't do justice for just how packed the rooms were; it felt more like a prison than a share house. Finally, nowhere to securely keep our fairly minimal luggage had my friend and I feeling extremely uncomfortable (there were no locked doors, and anyone could just walk in and have access to a pile of stuff? really?) We arrived at night, stayed for 1 night of a planned 11, and spent the next day finding a different place to spend the rest of our trip. And of course they don't do refunds.

A little bit far from convenience store.

Very confortable and nice hostel, if you want to relax and have a good rest this is your place, I really enjoyed the silence and the quietness.

- I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional way you (Frank Kuryazov) hosted. Your strong communication skills and impressive manner in engaging with guests truly stood out. - The professionalism you displayed, along with your ability to manage and connect with people from diverse backgrounds and different countries, was remarkable. It created a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that made everyone feel valued and comfortable. - Thank you for setting such a high standard of hospitality and leadership. Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and they made a significant positive impact on the overall experience. In my observations - area was not comfortably big with limited washrooms which I found were not appropriately clean and the wife speed was not much higher than i was expected. But again it was a good and above is only my observations.

I recommend this for travelers who is on budgeted , fund it’s convenience , I like the locations just near my Children’s house

As far as hostels go, I loved everything about this place. Highly respectful guests, accommodating facilities, and the location is incredible. No complaints.

The place is near Old house so I like the place

Beds are a little olders

Staff and other guests were quiet and considerate. I got a good night's sleep. Main problem was too many people crammed in and not enough space. They also need to sort out the bed allocation. While I was there they threw someone's underwear away because they thought he had left. He hadn't. Even I didn't get the bed I was originally assigned to. Was a bit hard to find. In fact I went to the wrong place. Good enough in a pinch but not really worth the money if you can afford to pay a bit more and get your own room in a business hotel

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice and affordable place for solo travelers.

the upstairs bathroom seat is too small for the toilet. so when your stream of piss hits the toilet bowl - it will splash out and wet your leg. the floor is covered in urine splatter ? …after realizing this, it was annoying to go downstairs just to use the restroom since all the beds are upstairs. also there’s no fan or AC in the rooms where everyone is sleeping. never had such an unsanitary experience in Japan! I won’t be staying here again. unfortunate since the location is good and the staff was nice. get a proper toilet seat, this is just nasty!

Peace House has pretty much everything you need. Clean and comfortable beds that have curtains for privacy and an individual light in each bunk; rooms have plenty of space even with being shared; showers, and even a kitchen. The common room/front lobby was also a nice place to hang out and meet people. The staff were all great, very friendly, and knowledgeable about the area. The location was also great. It's a little tricky to find at first and a bit out of the way, but it's in a quiet part of town and only a short walk away from a subway station. It was great being able to get around easily but not having to worry about city noise at night. The laundry machines were not working while we were there, but that's only a temporary inconvenience.
