The bed The alley is narrow and the space of the elevator also is small.

The room itself was great clean and comfortable and in a grea twalking location from big attractions. I think one of the staff members was in training, an Indian lady, and she was a bit rude when we were trying to check in. Though it was a quick interaction, she could have used a little more patience with us and maybe have chosen different words to speak to us.

I just googled it Near all the must see places in osaka

It was walking distance from Dotonbori so it's very walkable from the train stations plus a lot of restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping districts. The room was too small than expected. They asked to pay extra fess (like accommodation tax and luggage storage) only in cash which was a bit disappointing since other accommodations I've tried didn't ask for this. No drinking water provided.

Great location. Near to Nippombashi train station, Dotonbori, Kuromon market and Shinshaibashi. Lawson is few steps away. Hotel is clean. The elevator has great refreshing smell. I am alone in the room and I had a hard time due to its small size. Walkway is just the right size for one person to pass through. Luggage needs to be kept upright all the time else you can’t navigate the room. Fridge is located underneath the dressing table where a small chair is also located so the chair needs to be moved all the time for fridge access. There’s also a weird smell upon entering the room but nose got used to it after time.

This place has so many unpleasant and weird smells. We had to move rooms as our first one reeked of B.O, our second room also smelled gross from the air conditioner (like a slight pee smell), even the hallways smelled strange (especially the top floors). The wifi also doesnt work in the top floors. Would not recommend overall, not the staffs fault, just unfortunately the building smells gross

The location is great.

Really nice place with small but well equipped rooms We had a bad experience with one member of staff when we arrived. She was borderline rude, asked us not to sit outside the property, spoke in threatening terms and did not make us feel welcome at all

Upon entering the room it’s smells body ODOR,, and cigarette There a foul smell of the room like a body odor even I open the window the smell won’t come out , they don’t have house keeping if youre going to stay for 3 nights. It’s a non refundable payment which includes tax but upon checking in they asked us to pay ¥200 per person

I like the Vietnamese lady there, her English is the best but almost nothing. The rest can't speak at all. This is the very uncomfortable part but her service is TOP. 2) The location is top, next to the bridge of the Dotonbori, but the street is Chinese street, completely occupy by Chinese, so what you hear ( laud), see the driving style ( honk), shops, restaurants.... 95% are Chinese, you feel like this is not Japan but China. If you are Chinese, you might like it. 8 min walks to subway station, underground shopping, huge underground world connected by subways and shinkansen stops. The room is so tiny, if you are overweight, I advice you don't book this. We have two hand luggage and they lay down on the floor, then we can't step on floor, no chair space even. Bed can touch the door & toilet door. If you stay out whole day and whole night, this room doesn't matter to you and if you are not big, you can enter the bathroom. I stay 5 nights because I have moved many hotels during my trip, I really can't move again so I agued with my husband to stay even it is so small and uncomfortable. Cleanliness is top, quiet too, if you put towels outside with garbage, they put new towels in a new garbage bag outside of the door. The service is great even the receptionists can't speak English.
