WORST SERVICE EVER SERVICE

We loved the location. It was near everything. No staff on site so can't really grade them on it. But cleanliness of our room was great. Our room had everything we needed. The room was a bit tight, no space for our luggage. Lobby and elevator was sometimes messy. Sometimes there were cleaning aids and towels inside the elevator. It was small as it is, adding these things made it difficult for our group.

Location was the most ideal. My only issue is, I thought this was a typical hotel with staff. I definitely needed another pillow.

Room is very clean and comfy You can here a bit of sound from other room
-
The location is right next to Dotonburi main street. next to convenient store and plenty of eateries around the area. THERE IS NO STAFF AT THE LOBBY. u need to do a remote check in and follow the instruction. if u need anything, nobody is there physically to entertain u. The room is not sound proof, u can hear everytime the next door is open or close.

i like the location first of all, LAWSON just beside the hotel. 2 mins away from the dotonbori river. and 6 mins away from the Kintetsu Nippopmbashi Station which is a gate way to most places in Osaka. 13 mins walk away from NAMBA station so good! and the environment is really nice. They change trash bins everyday just put it outside and they will take your trash and put another plastic in the bin, also if your rag for the bathroom gets too wet, just fold it and put it beside the trash bin when you put outside and they will replace your rag places inside a plastic, when you get back after exploring around no microwave oven inside the room or even on the lobby area. yes thats all, it will be super ultra perfect if the hotel have a microwave oven , Its gonna a whole lot happier if there was a microwave oven,

Extremely affordable and close to the center of everything. Also was able to self check in.rooms were very clean. Room was warm upon entering but was easily fixed by the a/c in the room
-
Came early and unable to leave the luggage compared to the other hotels visited. Toilet bidet not working. Stayed stcthe 7th floor and the elevator is only up to 6th. So had to carry our luggage / shoping items by stairs.

The location is good. It’s easy to walk to the attractions. The place is clean. The room will be ready at 3pm but the owner let us keep our luggage at our room before 3pm which is very kind and helpful. There is no seats for waiting at the checking in area, and no place to keep luggage after checking out.

Convenient to downtown It was all good
-
too expensive. it cost us $850 for 3 night. I have to divide the trash. no one to clean the room for until we leave

If you have cleanliness, odor, and hot showers matter to you, please do NOT stay at this hotel. They do not clean the rooms properly. Cleanliness - the walls were peeling and had stains. The shower tub had that pink moldy residue around the drains, and the flooring was dirty (not great when you are sleeping on a futon). Lastly, when I would leave my room in the morning, I noticed that the clean folded linens and towel sets for each room was placed directly on the stairwell....I complained to management and they said that was not clean, it was dirty sheets and, basically, that this was none of my business. Problem is...they probably did the same with MY linens so it's definitely my business... Also, their explanation was BS because who folds dirty sheets and towels? I saw the dirty sheets and towels..they were also on the stairwell but thrown in a messy pile. I attached the two photos so you can be the judge. :) So you cant walk with your shoes in the room but know that the pillow cases, sheets and towels you use were stacked on the dirty stairs and your floor is filthy already. ODOR: The curtains smelled very weird as though some drinks were spilled on it. I could smell it when I would lay down to sleep. It was awful...even worse, they don't clean the toilet so there's always a strong urine smell coming from the toilet. NO HOT WATER: the water pressure was SO LOW that it was barely coming out of the shower head properly. The water was lukewarm at best and would stop completely as I was showering. Please do not ignore the bad reviews. THIS HOTEL IS TERRIBLE.

There ís no staff onside. Very hard to communicate for urgent needs.
-
Many of the places we visited were very close and transportation was easy to access when we needed to! Sometimes the water pressure and temperature were inconsistent and the room was a bit cold, as we were visiting during winter.
-
It was close to everything . I didn’t hear much from outside. There was hair in the shower. . It was very noisy and was woken up lots from people next to me and around me.
-
for a day stay in a very strategic locations it is well worth the price.
-
The door when going in and T&B are all in the same area. Requires to move around and about.

We paid for location with this hotel. It was very small and offered a more traditional Japanese experience. The bathroom was very small by American standards. The beds were Japanese futons on a tatami mat floor. They were very thin and the space was small. Perfectly fine if you want a traditional experience, as an American I wouldn't want it long-term. There was a Lawson a door down and Dotonbori shopping was across the main street. Very convenient location for experiencing the Osaka nightlife. It's hard to say what I didn't like - I signed up for the traditional Japanese experience. It was small and cramped compared to American accommodations, but this wasn't America, so I can't really fault it for that. Just make sure anyone you travel with from the West comes in with realistic expectations. This was a small and somewhat cramped space for 3 Americans but we made it work for a couple of days, no problem.
