Overall amazing staff. Friendly and always helpful. No free spa facilities. Must pay to use. We utilised the Lounge facilities, and this was problematic for us. Same menu day in and day out. We were there for 8 days, obviously nothing to look forward to after 3 days. Tea time platter the same daily and all cold. No lunch facilities. No soups for dinner No Ramen,told we can get that outside. Restaurants on 2nd floor,not worth the effort.

Excellent view of the city. App makes room service convenient. Lots of restaurants and other activities within the hotel. Good location for exploring the city. Need more options for food that can be ordered to room (like pancakes for breakfast). The faucet is too close to the back edge of the sink, it's difficult to wash hands.

Location is great, it is next to Namba Park mall which is very convenient when you want to shop and has a lot of dining options. The hotel is very close to Lawson which is connected to the mall. There is also a ramen place & sushi next to the hotel which opens late if you crave for late night snack. The staff is very helpful and always greet us with smile. Our room is always clean. We will be back again.

A little basic for a 5-star hotel

It was a good location and the breakfast was good. The staff was nice and it was very clean and pleasant. We were on the 10th floor and we did hear the street cars.

A brand new, clean hotel in a fantastic location—super easy to walk to major shopping areas. The staff provided exceptional service, and our connecting rooms were perfect. Highly impressed! The rooms are not well-soundproofed. Since the hotel is close to the train tracks, there was quite a bit of noise disturbance from the trains. I'm not sure if the higher floors would offer better soundproofing.

Beautiful, huge luxurious hotel. Great location, comfortable rooms, good gym. Very good service. Room had all amenities we needed.

We booked a corner room hoping for a nice city view of Osaka, but unfortunately got placed on the 8th floor that was not high enough for a view, and so our corner room looked out to the building walls adjacent to us. What a bummer but next time will explicitly request a higher room with a city view when booking.

Gym has various free weights ranging from 2 to 20 km which is very useful. The bed is very comfortable. 10 minutes away from metro stations.

The view was breathtaking and the service was superb. The toilet on the opposite side of the room made it a bit challenging. I would suggest soap to be provided at the small sink with the toilet but overall everything else was very comfortable. Would also suggest 2 of every toiletry when reservations are for more than 1 guest.
