I stayed here as a solo traveler during my vacation in Osaka, and I really enjoyed my stay. I love the vibe and design of Acro Capsule Hotel Namba. The capsules were clean and comfortable, and the place had a nice community feel. It was easy to meet other travelers and make new friends. The staff were all amazing, very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is also great, right in the heart of Namba and close to everything. One of the best parts of my stay was meeting new people and sharing stories with them. Thank you, Acro Capsule Hotel Namba, for a great stay. I will definitely come back the next time I'm in Osaka!

Bathrooms and toilets were clean, you can ask for a cleaning of your capsule if you want. Location is great 10 minute walk to the train station

Nice area close to Dotonbori and the trains to be able to go around Osaka, ammeneties are very standard and you pay for what you are getting. Cannot be upset at the size of the room since its a Capsule Hotel and you do have storage to put your bags in a safe location.

Clean, modern, well-organized

Location : about 5mins walk or less = the famous Dotonburi street walk, Lawson is like 1 min to the left. Food stores everywhere. You will not go hungry. About 5mins walk to Namba metro, 10-15mins walk to JR Namba & Shinkansen respectively..both at each end. Quiet : the most quiet hostel i ever stayed in. Very thoughtful design with the lockers and luggage packing to be outside the sleep area. Entry to toilet has double door to block out the activities in there like blow drying of hair. WIFI = doesn't seem to be working at all.

Price and location charging for phone was soooooo slow

It can get a bit noisy in the morning and at night during busy times(if your bed is close to the shower area).

Insufferably warm. I felt like in a rice cooker. No temperature regulation in capsule or sufficient ventilation

I recently stayed at Acro Capsule Hotel Namba Dotonbori as a solo traveler, and overall it was a convenient and well-equipped experience. The accessibility of the hotel is excellent—it's very easy to find and located close to major spots in the Namba and Dotonbori area, making it ideal for exploring Osaka. The facilities are also complete and thoughtfully provided. I appreciated the availability of essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, locker, tower, sleepwear and hair blower, which made my stay more comfortable. The presence of an elevator is a big plus, especially when carrying luggage. I also liked that the hotel separates female and male areas by floor, which adds a sense of privacy and security. However, I realized during my stay that capsule-style accommodation is not really my preference. The space inside the capsule is quite limited, and I found it difficult to move freely or do simple activities without worrying about disturbing other guests. While everything is clean and well-organized, the lack of personal space can feel restrictive, especially for longer stays.

It was very clean and each capsule seemed to be decently soundproof against moderately loud snorers. I loved that you have individual lockers for small luggage. My belongings felt very safe. Good for light and solo travelers. Small amenities were provided like towels free of charge as well as a pair of black pajamas with various sizes. The small sized common rooms were nice to charge your phone with a few power outlets. The front desk staff spoke great English, were very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay here again in the future as a layout or a day or two visit to Osaka. I loved that it was so close to Osaka-Namba Station and Dotonbori, right in the heart of the city. There was nothing really outstanding bad about the place. Just some minor nitpicks that could be easily overlooked. Showers a little mouldily but it's kind expected given they are often used by travelers. Some small amenities in the makeup area would be nice bonus. There is no elevator so if you have large luggage it could be a problem. A small locker in each capsule for valuables would be a nice added touch

Had trouble with Wi-Fi on the first day. Could not connect at all on both my devices. Had to go to the front desk. Was finally able to connect on both, but for one the Wi-Fi was always rather poor.
