Very good and convenient location, close to the station with access to multiple train lines and easy access to the most popular attractions in Osaka. Nice public bath to relax after long walks. The hotel also has everything you need, including a water dispenser on every floor, a 7-Eleven, laundry facilities, and a café.

The hotel is nice, the restaurants are reasonably priced (for a hotel). The terrace has an AMAZING view. The hotel has everything like a 7-eleven inside. The spa is very large. I have stayed at other Apa Hotel before this was the best of them. The TV in the room has tourist info pack with near by restaurants etc. The rooms are small, very normal for asia. The elevator waiting times can be ridiculous.

Location location location。 You can easy to access to JR train，local train and bus。The KIX airport bus just round the corner。And it only take us 10 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi。The onsen is very good for me after whole day city walk。I loved to watched sunset in the 40th floor tarrace。 The room is pretty small，only one chair in the double room。

Breakfast was very good. Overall, hotel was very nice! Small rooms, crowded laundry room.

Convenience store within the building was great to have. We can go on our katana and eat outside while we wait for our laundry. Size of room was small for two adults.

Location is very near to subway and about 10min walk to dotonbori. Rooms were small but clean and comfortable. There was luggage storage under the bed. There is a gym, 7/11, onsen and pool inside the hotel. The staffs were friendly and accomodating. They give you fresh towels, yukata, tea, coffee etc. everyday. All information needed was at the tv screen. None.
