The location is convenient. You don’t need to walk far to get the crysta underground shopping that will let you walk indoors the direction of Shinsaibashi Station and connects 3 stations together. This is great because you can avoid all the bikes on the sidewalks and enjoy a leisurely shop/walk. The room itself was comfortable and had enough amenities to for a comfortable stay. Not really the properties fault but there was ongoing construction next door and so I had an unplanned 8am wakeup call every day due to the construction.

Location is great. 5-7 minutes away from different trains. The umbrella provided was nice too. Vending machine inside the hotel with microwave and water really good essential None

Clean, good location Nothing

Friendly, international staff. Helpful with information inside and outside the hotel. Excellent location. Great value for money. USB charging ports -- Great! Great base of operations. Be able to turn off the overhead lights ftom the bed. USB charging ports on the desk would be helpful.

Super clean, quiet and modern. Just like Japan

I loved that the location was walkable to dotonbori (about 15 minutes out) without having massive crowds walking by. Moreover, being so close to dotonbori meant that we could spend as much there as we liked! Though, I was a huge dan of the shopping district nearby the Hommachi station which is pretty much due west of Wayfarer Matsu. There is a coin laundry conveniently located nearby which made things easier for lighter traveling. There is a local line (Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi line) nearby the property which was helpful to arrive at after arriving at shin-osaka. Not necessarily a dislike, but i did find myself taking the midosuji line (red line) more often than the nearby Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi line (green) to get to places. Its not terribly inconvenient, but I did find myself walking about 15-20 mins each way just to get to the midosuji line

Staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet location. For over $ 200 per night, it was too pricey for single accommodation and location.
-
Very clean and close to the station and restaurants

An attempt to be modern and digital, although there's still room for improvement here. Stuff is friendly and speaks English. Water cooler on the reception:) The location is relatively central, but is far from cosy. The hotel faces a very busy and noisy elevated Highway without a single tree, and this will very likely be the view from your window. The worst thing though was that floor in my room was very dirty (at first I even thought it wasn't cleaned, but after asking on the reception I was told that the carpet is just "overused" and the room is actually clean. Sorry, but to me, dirt is dirt, even if it is non-removable. For such intensive use there are other, more sustainable options of floor covering. Each time I entered the room it felt really uncomfortable. The bathroom facilities (shower and water tap) felt very cheap and not very convenient to use. Generally it feels like the room urgently needs renovation.

5 minutes to 2 subway stations. 10 minute walk to a Life supermarket. Limited room cleaning but overall ok. Comfy beds.
-
Kinda small but decent bed. It gets very loud at night on the upper south floors due to the highway.
-
The hotel is near subway station and convenient stores. It is very clean. Room amenities and vending machine are available at the lobby. Room is enough if you’re solo traveling. It would be better if they have laundry area.

The room is very spacious and comfortable The bathroom was really small and the shower curtain had mold definitely needs to be replaced.

Floor was Pretty steined

Clean, quiet, location, spaceous The carpet and couch were stained and could have been cleaner

Walkable (25 minutes) to Dotonburi, metro less than 10 minutes away. Average size room but we'll laid out, amenities available from lobby or staff. Keyless entry to the room was a breeze. The bed is on the firmer side and only came with one pillow, but staff provided more when I asked.
