KUROMON Crystal Hotel

Great location right by Kuromon market and Dotonbori, and great customer service. When I left the hotel, I forgot something in my room, but I was able to arrange that they ship it to my next hotel for the cost of shipping. They were very kind and willing to do this without hesitation, and it turned out to be a real lifesaver.

Great staff Rooms are really small. Kind of uncomfortable when you’re traveling in couple with 2 big luggages

The accessibility to several stations and shops. The manager, Ms. Yi also made our stay wonderful and very comfortable. They have to improve on their cleaning and enhance the selection of the breakfast menu.

The location, conveniently close to the Kuromon market and to Nipombashi train station. The staff was helpful and friendly. The fridge doesn't work.

Location and easy access to metro Definitely need storage space .

Perfect location: 101 shops, bars and restaurants within minutes, 7/11 across, subway 3 minutes! Rooms are ok for solo travellers like me, but I wouldnt wanna stay there with my wife. Bathroom and bedding is good too! Wifi was sometimes not good enough for video. Also, the breakfast is very poor, but with 101 options on your door step, who cares?!

Location Advertised queen bed was not a queen but two twins next to each other. Bathroom absolutely stank of sewage.

The check in check out procedures are simple and fast A bit far from the train stop but generally overall that was fairly good.

I was going on an early one day tour so the position of the hotel was perfect. A very comfortable bed as well and a bath. Nil

Reception staff was very helpfull and there was a candy bar with some free snacks and complementary pijamas Location was great 2 minutes from Kuromon market and good conection to the main spots Room walls are a little think so if someone screams on the floor you will heard it (is however not the fault of the hotel) Fridge was sometimes a little noisy

The location was nice, next to Dotonbori. The rooms did not seem to be cleaned properly. The floor carpet and the curtains were stained and the tv remote was very dirty. There was also a lot of noise from inside and outside the hotel.

Location is good. And very near to tourists attractions within walking distance. ? The cleaning part needs to be request and require payment every time you needed room to be clean.
