Many of the rooms smelled like fish and pee. After 4 plus hours of dealing with this problem we finally got rooms on a higher floor with less carpet.

Everything! The rooms were fantastic, very spacious, all the amenities toiletries and such were great. Fantastic gym. Very easy excess right in the subway station with a lift right to the reception at the 19th floor. Staff very helpful, everything spotless clean. Excellent breakfast and the view, Wow! We stayed on the 43rs floor and it was spectacular.

Super convenient, easy to travel out, lots of food location nearby. If there can be proper instruction on how to navigate to the hotel from the Tenoji station, it will be great

Locations, the views, breakfast, staff and room size. Amenities are well cared, really beauty lobby. The carpet in the room seems old and a bit smelly although everything else in the room is great.

Love the view and room very spacious with large ceiling to floor windows. The hotel is so beautiful. I love everything about this hotel and will definitely stay here again. Change the breakfast choices each day, but had good variety of options. Best hotel breakfast buffet I’ve had in Japan.

They should do early check in if it’s available because I wait around three hours to wait because I arrived early but they don’t do anybody early check in.

The food for room service was way overpriced and quite gross to be honest. I also found the breakfast very underwhelming for a 5 star hotel and over priced
