Amazing stay good people, clean very helpful. Small area of improvement would be better english for the staff in customer service, and also I sent two messages via booking but never got an answer but again small things.

The staff was amazing. The waitstaff was so friendly and warm and the front desk staff went above and beyond to help us when our driver was late to pick us up. Five star people for sure!

The hotel is beautiful. Definitely luxury. Man at check in was uninterested and fairly unhelpful with a hint of snobbery. Rest of the staff was great and friendly.

The hotel is beautiful, lush garden and a gorgeous swimming pool area. Dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet is unbelievable! So much choice, never seen something like that. The staff is super kind. Nothing! Everything was perfect.

Wonderful oasis with big and comfortable room, great restaurant with live music. (The singer was gorgeous)! The stuff was helpful and kind. The price is a little bit high.

We had an issue of readiness of our room. The Directeur of Hebergement Mr. Oubrik Mbarek did an excellent job in quickly resolving the issue by extending an upgrade.
