We only stayed one night but it was a very cute guesthouse, felt safe, the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. The staff that helped us were super helpful and sweet! In the early morning, we had an excursion and arrived about 5 mins before breakfast would end but they accommodated us and still provided us a delicious breakfast.

The house is very charming and well laid out. the location was perfect, close to all the restaurants and amenities. The room was very large, modern and comfortable and there was nothing missing. there was a lovely splash pool in the yard, which was a welcome escape from the afternoon heat. We had a lovely stay. We will return again.

We were surprised to meet Linda on arrival. How warm was the reception. The rooms exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was superb. It was a beautiful location and the campus of the property is nicely decorated. Nothing I can remember.

The accommodation was lovely and clean, the host was extremely friendly and helpful! There were so many lovely touches to the room. Thank you so much for an amazing stay and your help on where to eat and even the help with phoning home affairs! Would definitely stay again!! ? Nothing not to like!

Horrible place, We arrive just after 13h00, after We ask on booking.com for an early arrive as We have travel more than 1300km, after we left Plettenberg Bay, I send an watts up to De Akker notifying them that We on our way, arriving at De Akker we had to wait 4 minutes at the gate to open, We ask the receptionist if We can use a toilet, which She reply NO, We must Go to a Restaurant, We left without staying at De Akker, I must also say that booking.com was not helpfully at all and also we did not receive any refund, Booking.com this is the last time we will be using You.

Breakfast delicious. River near property needs a lot of cleaning. New bridge good. Door of unit 6 difficult to unlock from outside.

The breakfast was outstanding. The staff were super friendly and professional. Most significantly, they were most accommodating of my (not very small) dog. My dog and I are often judged by our appearances, so it's a refreshing change when people are so caring for my little guy. Thank you again. We'll definitely be back!

WE WHERE TWO FAMILIES THAT STAYED OVER AND WE ARE HAPPY TO RECOMMEND A STAY OVER ! WE WILL DEF RETURN. FROM BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN ROOMS TO AN AMAZING DINNER AND STAFF WHO WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO ACCOMMODATE OUR BABIES. ITS A MUST OF YOU HAVE A FAMILY AND SMALL KIDS THEY MADE THE STAY VERY ENJOYABLE AND WE WISHED WE STAYED TWO NIGHTS INSTEAD OF ONE.
