Oudtshoorn Inn Hotel

We were greeted by friendly personnel and I picked the wrong room without a hairdryer and shaver. Overall, the reason for the accommodation was to attend a special birthday party of my sister-in-law, as other B&Bs were too expensive with limited rooms. We also did not make use of the pool as the engagement was in the afternoon at another restaurant and we had to leave early on Sunday morning. We will try to use it on the next occasion when visiting again. As confirmed, the room's view was not what I expected. I requested for 2 rooms with breakfast included, but unfortunately, it was not included, which was a bit disappointing, and we had to have breakfast somewhere else in town. Booking.com should confirm the hotel accommodation to request if breakfast must be included or not.

Beautiful inner court woth a big pool

Room were a nice size. Value for money!! Our tv channels were snowing. The breakfast lacked a bit as there was no bacon at 09h00. The breakfast room were all over water from the rain overnight - leaking through ceiling.

The elevator was very scary and made some strange noise, stopping un-level with the floor

The staff accommodated the various request effectively. The pool area was well maintained and even had welcome drinks this time. The request to move rooms was accommodated due to a faulty air conditioner. The overall maintenance of the building is missing. The dinning area is very minimalistic with limitations on cutting knives and drinking glasses.

Staff was friendly and helpfull The place need some serious renovations. It is old and not well maintained. Things felt sticky of oldness and we felt the dirt. Breakfast did not impress me either.

We would like a full refund that was deducted for this stay as we where inconvenience the room was not cleaned blood in toilet with no clean bedding and towels It's was extremely unprofessional as this was not the first time we sent guest to stay at the hotel but was the first unhygienic encounter sies I would be disgusted to let guest see ? what they saw

The location was perfect for our bus. The aircon leaked water into the room, and the TV remote did not work.

The bedroom was neat and spacious with good view, Service was good and staff friendly. The shower was overflowing into the rest of the bathroom. The room was on the third floor and the lift unfortunately out of order. Being senior citizens, this was challenging with regard to carrying luggage to our apartment. There was a continuous droning noise coming from outside during our stay. Not sure if it was a generator or something similar nearby The buffet breakfast was disappointing. Bacon was dry and over cooked. The options very limited and not not worth the price we paid extra.
