I had to rent another hotel for our stay because Turnberry has multiple health hazards. It is falsely advertising as a 4 star hotel. The pictures online are nothing like what we walked into. It was absolutely disgusting. The walls were dirty, there was mold in the bathroom, the bathroom door wouldn't close, there was a chicken bone on the ground outside the entrance to our room, curtains were torn in multiple places, carpets stained, bird feces everywhere on the patio and walkway which contains harmful bacteria. That was a shocking and horrible experience after traveling 5 hours. The room layouts were nothing like advertised in their website photos. We booked a family room that on the website showed a large open room with a bathtub, but we entered a dirty tiny room with a moldy small shower stall.

The service was amazing. The breakfast was filling and had a great variety. The manager, two servers in the morning and Jermaine made our stay very comfortable. Will definitely recommend Turnberry Boutique Hotel. The bed pillows should be a little harder a bit too soft for my liking but other than that everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is good and within walking distance to some restaurants. The room was a good size with a large comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good spread and something for everyone.
