Segredo Uluwatu

The location was great right in the heart of Uluwatu, staff were well mannered and friendly. Rooms were very big and comfortable. The pool was very refreshing, you can have a good sunbake on one of the upper levels

The property looked amazing and was very clean Cars cannot go near the door plus there is a climb of stairs for your room

The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere and easy to get a gojek quickly when we needed to go further. It’s clean, not cluttered, decorated aesthetically. The housekeeping staff were so kind, we had all of our luggage left out once when they came into clean and didn’t have to worry about things being taken, they even organized our shoes and folded clothes that we had left on the bed. It felt very safe here. We aren’t picky about a place as long as it’s clean. I can’t name anything we didn’t like.

Very beautiful decoration, wonderful location, access to everything, clean room, very friendly and supportive staff. They also arranged my transportation to the airport. I loved everything about this place. Would definitely come back.

Location is great. Manager is very thoughtful and responsive and easygoing. Very lovely outdoor areas with coconut trees. It is built on a slope, so mind the big stairs. The top room had too many stairs for me, but very spacious, and a lovely outdoor deck and occasional monkey apparently! Nice clean pool and aircon great. They do many things very nicely! Thank you for looking after us. Also zero mosquitos, which is great for Bali!! Stairs....theyhelped with my one bag, thank you! Great staff.

The staff were friendly and the design is gorgeous. I stayed in the top floor with a large balcony. No hot water in the shower. Minor issue because it’s so hot.

There isn’t enough light in the bathroom

A beautiful and peaceful stay in Uluwatu. The villa is even more stunning in real life, and I absolutely loved its elegant Moroccan-style design. The combination of tropical greenery, quiet atmosphere, and tasteful interiors made the whole place feel both relaxing and special. The room facilities were very nice and comfortable as well. Special thanks to Dimas for thoughtfully locking my room when I forgot, and to all the staff for the warm, attentive service during my stay. Nothing — overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Location is great, super responsive on WhatsApp, our room was very clean, not loud at all and you get daily a bottle of water for drinking. Totally recommend ❤️

Location. One room at the very top had a toxic smell and the other did not. The beds are very hard. There was a very very loud party at the surf school next door with music blaring during sleep hours. You can hear the traffic. It’s not nestled into a quiet area whatsoever.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great location! So much good food, shops, mini-Marts within a minute walk. Awesome shower. Comfortable bed. Massive spacious room. Wonderful large balcony and views out to the hills. Free pure water available from a dispenser so never any need to think about restocking water. There is quite a bit of noise from a nearby club but you expect this and the hotel warns about it. Uluwatu is a fairly noisy place. It's part of the experience. No room service for food but that's normal for a villa. Plenty of great food within foot steps of the villa. One thing I didn't like was the constant beeping downstairs. There is a bend in the narrow side road near the villa and when cars approach they beep to approaching cars.

Location. Friendly, helpful staff. A bit difficult to locate,however, on-site staff were quick to respond and went out of their way to get us settled.

It is so gorgeous! The atmosphere and decor was calming, relaxing and felt like an oasis. Such great location. Central to everything but still felt tucked away and quiet. Not enough light in the bathroom.

Perfect location, very nice personnel. I had the best time staying here. Definitely will book again next time I’m in Uluwatu.
