The location is good and easy walk to both the old town and the train station. You don't need a car to explore the city from this hotel. Be very careful staying here. The management did not ask for our IDs at check-in (a legal requirement in Italy). Instead, they waited until the night BEFORE we left to demand our passports. They then used the fact that we weren't "registered" yet as an excuse to force us to pay a €140 "extra guest fee" on a private card machine. They confirmed my request for two twin beds for free via the app on April 4th (before check-in date), yet charged us anyway at the very end of our stay. What’s worse is that their own pricing shows 2 guests are actually cheaper than the 1-guest rate I paid. They effectively penalized me for their own failure to follow registration laws.

Proximity to the city center, the staff, cleanness of the rooms. Not I didn’t like it, but my mother is 80 years old and claiming two flights of stairs was a bit difficult for her. However, we booked the place knowing that there was no elevator.

Excellent location close to center yet quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful being expectation.

Loved the location and vibe. Staying at church property made it feel so special. the rooms were the best in Palermo. staff was over the edge, received breakfast when we arrived late but were very understanding. Amazing food very tasty. Parking was a bit of treck, especially at night, hard to get.

We clearly specified we needed 2 separate beds, and reviewed this before the second room, but when we got back to the room at 11 p.m. there was only a single large bed. Staff had gone home, so we pulled the beds apart and jury-rigged some sheets. Frustrated.

Accommodation was comfortable, great location, next to the sea, front staff attentive. Only thing is that if you are light sensitive, the emergency light can bother you at night. There is no light in the ceiling, just table lamps.

Excellent location, in historic centre, nice area, close enough to the train station. Good size of the room, very helpful staff. It was possible to leave the luggage there before the check in. Comfortable bed. nothing

Location was fine. Easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions The check in was a disaster… our flight was delayed less than an hour . We had let the host know that we were arriving around 8.30pm but there was no one to let us in. We had to wait until 1am to get to bed. Very disappointed. Poor communication from reception.

The lovely receptionist was extremely helpful, with finding parking and printing off boarding passes for our early ferry the next day. Close to the historic centre for a saunter in the evening. Stairs! Two flights which we weren't aware of when booking.

the staf a particular a young girl did all her best to help us. the breakfast was nice too. I have booked a room with AC and parking, When I got there the AC was not working and stayed like this all stay and the parking had to pay 20 euro extra also we had to pay an additional city tax and all this was not stated on the booking. I i new that they had no parkin I woulding booked this hotel.

The beds were much more comfortable than most hotels. Great location. Small room, no usable table, no "surfaces" to put our stuff on, so the room ended up with stuff lying all over the floor. There could have been a table and 2 chairs (for a room for 2 people).
