Hotel Porta Felice & Spa

The location and rooftop bar. There was no coffee available in our suite or glassware. They expected us to drink coffee and wine from paper cups

Kind staff at a perfect location!

Clean and in a nice location. We were able to walk to most of the recommended sights. Asked for a robe and was told that they were only available to the spa patrons. No complimentary bottle of water. The shower has very little water pressure. Would prefer a walk in shower instead of a tub. Air conditioning is poor but we asked for a fan and was given one.

Beautiful hotel. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location. A bit of a walk to stores.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Porta Felice. The location is perfect—right in the historic centre and within walking distance of major sights and the seafront. Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight with great views and a good selection. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. They arranged a taxi for me for a 6am departure. Would definitely stay again!

Street noise

Wou Breakfast featured typical scrambled eggs. Other then that a nice selection. Only coffee options though were expresso or expresso drinks fm self service machine. Too strong for me.

Availability of a bath-tub; nice restaurant

Super central location with 10min to everything you might want to visit or need. The rooms are great and so is the breakfast. The staff at reception and breakfast were great. Would definitely stay here again.

Walkable to all the sites I wanted to see. Catacombs a little far and took a taxi. Friendly and helpful staff. Side street away from excessive noise of via Maqueda and other busy spots. No complaints.

The street was very noisy and there is a construction right across which mage it even noisier starting early in the morning.

The location and cleanliness of the room was great! The Staff was helpful and spoke English. There was construction happening directly across from my balcony.The work started at 7am and ended around 5pm. I was unable to sleep past 7am or conduct any work calls from my room. I requested to move rooms, and although the request was granted, the room was much smaller than the one I had booked.

Location. Right by the water . Close to all major sites in Palermo

The room was nice 208 but had to request a change after two nights to the quiet side, having been woken at 6.30 both mornings with street noise. The staff accommodated this for us The street noise from 208 Firstly a group waiting outside the hotel at 6.30 am, possibly for transport .then a very very noisy truck.

Clean, modern public areas and rooms. Good location within walking distance of most parts of the old town. The breakfasts weren't to my taste. The coffee (from a machine) had very little flavor and the buffet offerings were fewer and of lesser quality than at most hotels in this price range.
