The breakfast was very nice, selection was good. I really loved the court yard and the art work all around, it was so nice. I was so excited to stay.

The Khalisah is in such a great location for all the site. The hotel and the room was beautiful and the staff were very kind. We were a little stressed with driving and parking in Palermo and our host waited over a 1/2 hour to make sure we got situated ok. The only issue was the toilet seat seemed to be broken.

- Outside tub on the room balcony - Easy self-check in - Style of the accommodation - Great view - Location great for hop-on hop-off buses and exploring and near the harbor and good restaurants - Broken toilet seat and broken/fragile bathroom cabinet - A lot of stairs to reach the room - WiFi did not work - Room might be a bit small for some people

There was no privacy, as the two rooms were not separated by a door. Lao the bed in the 2nd room was very small. This arrangement would be okay perhaps for a couple with a young child but not ideal for a couple traveling with another adult.

Very clean, modern but tastefully and artsy set up around an old building with lovely courtyard. It’s hidden in a small alley but actually it’s in a trendy but quieter and nice neighborhood of La Kalsa with many eateries. The staff are super helpful. The nearby alleys are a bit dark at night despite it’s a safe area.

Lovely boutique hotel with unique rooms, tastefully decorated public spaces, and a beautiful garden. My room was comfortable and the staff was very accommodating for my early arrival by ferry from Rome. The WiFi did not work at all in my room (Costanza) on the third floor front. I communicated with the staff but they were unable to boost the signal during my two night stay. The staff offered me the chance to use the public spaces, but I needed the Wi-Fi in my room at night. The other issue was the cleanliness of the shower. It has soap scum on the tile floor and the soap dispensers had obviously not been changed in a long time.

The hotel is beautiful and it’s in the historical area, which is really good for tourists. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. The rooms facing the street could get noisy. Breakfast is very simple not many options.

For the money we gave for this room, I would have expected something better. I knew it was a 3 star, but it would have been nice to be aware of some details. When we first came into the room, the toilet seat was completely broken and the water in mini bar has been used. Additionally, the sheets and the towels are teared up on some parts, and the water in the sink was not flowing.

The hosts in this hotel are amazing and made sure we had everything we needed: good advice about Palermo and where to eat and go and took really took care of everything when I needed some medical care and were super flexible and kind. The hotel is located in a cute neighbourhood, close to everything you need! We definitely recommend staying here.

The owner and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very pleasant and the bathroom was excellent. La Kalsa is an exceptionally interesting and varied quarter of Palermo, with a very special character of its own. There was nothing I disliked.

During my trip around Sicily, this was by far my favorite place to stay. I absolutely loved my room. The inner courtyard was super cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Great location. Staff very friendly and helpful.

An oasis in the old town of Palermo. Everything was great even the recommendations for restaurants. Parking was good. I would think twice about a car in Palermo. Do able but very narrow streets and pedestrians to be concerned with. I would highly recommend this very old building that has been remodeled to very modern standards.

The stuff is amazing. They moved their car so I can park and use one of the stuff parking spot. Really nice place and people.
