Location was excellent

The room was super small and there was no space to put our suitcases neither our stuff in the bathroom. Furthermore the walls are very thin and we could hear everything from the other side.

Location is ideal - just a short walk to the local bus stop and and easy walk into the old historic section. Room was clean and ample for one. I felt a bit uncomfortable not meeting anyone in person upon arrival and using code to enter with the key left in the outside of the door. I had no way of knowing if anyone else was staying within the building who could have had access to the room. Also the way the amenities are listed on the Booking.com site, it appears all are in the room itself, not in an adjacent common room. Being in the common room is not a problem, but that should be made clear on your website.

This was a perfect stay in Palermo. The location is perfect - it is central, but is situated on a quiet street that does not get noise at night. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the en-suite bathroom was very nice. The staff was welcoming and breakfast was appreciated! We would definitely recommend this location to anyone visiting Palermo and would gladly stay again.

The neighbours are loud and yell constantly when home. It's rather impressive and a bit annoying, but not bad if you close the windows and even less problematic if you plan to be out and exploring during the day.

The room and the whole apartment was really spacious. Beautiful and well kept and nice room and bathroom. Nice extra was small breakfast served with coffee or tea. Good quality with this money. Bathroom there is a little need of refreshment in shower, but all the facilities were good and enjoyable!

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good location in historic district. Must have code to get in. Be sure to get code ahead of time as no one was there when arrived.

Everything, the staff and the room

Location is in the city center yet in the quieter district. Breakfast might offer more varitey and more fresh fruits.

Cleanliness and Loredana’s hospitality I couldn’t open the window in the room and there was not much day light. The single person room is small and there is not enough space to unpack, or to work in the room. Also, the bathroom and the room were on the different floors. The rest of the B&B Buttera is very nice, clean and other rooms seem perfect. Everything is clean and new and nicely decorated.

Friendly staff, well positioned and close to the city center. Unfortunately too small and that was not clear from the pictures.

The room was very clean, location was somehow close to the center, around 20min walk. All rooms are equiped with Netflix. We booked the room Vucciria (pretty small but ok for 1 night), however it was super loud, there is no isloation towards the street, its ground floor and you have direct door towards the street. Also we had the opportunity to hear all the other rooms happening due to poor isolation. The breakfast was fairly simple, only some prepacked pastry (would not order it again). There is no storage place in the bathroom, also would recommand to put in a trash bin. The property is advertised as having parking opportunity, however this is public parking up to availability and very much limited for residence only.
