It was in the ghetto

Nothing really. Old and run down. No AC Dirty and dingy garage. Dirty and creepy neighborhood

Room and bathroom are clean. Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Walls are thin, so at night there are some noises. Lighting is a bit weak and the facilities are a bit old.

Parking is available onsite and the property is outside the zone restriction area. Walking disance to many attractions, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was simple but OK. Room was comfortable and an elevator was available to get there. Our unit had a small shower.

The sink was stuck and couldn't let water out quickly.

Close to city center The pictures on the internet are not exactly what you get when you arrive. We expected the hotel to be better according to the pictures and were a bit disappointed.

Staff were kind, room was clean, enough equipped, quiet, and good breakfast.

Excellent staff, the guy at the reception helped us with tips and information. The hotel has its own underground parking space.

Exceptional

The room was clean and spacious, with a nice spacious balcony. Location was good and so grateful to have parking at the property. When we arrived at the main entrance to check in the door was locked and stood outside for sometime in the cold, even though there were two staff members at the front desk and not even an apology for making us wait (even knocked on the door to get their attention and no reaction). The parking at the property was great and underground (secured) but we weren’t informed at the check in counter that there was no lift that went to the basement, so we had to carry all our luggage (4 suitcases) upstairs to reception. We were lucky to come across a super helpful and welcoming domestic worker that assisted with the last trip of luggage even though it wasn’t his job-super grateful for him. On the day of check out we stood 5mins on a steep incline hill waiting to exit the underground parking (we rang the exit bell multiple times and we even tried to enter back into the building from the basement to try and inform reception that we would like to exit the facility but that door was locked too-so we were trapped) until a guy on a motorbike came and let us out. Receptionists for the evening when we checked in wasn’t friendly at all and the receptionist for morning shift was a bit missing in action

The room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. Free secure parking on the premises The hotel was very old fashioned. The location was not good. I would have been scared to walk around by myself. The breakfast was very basic with a poor selection.

It’s was clean and had everything we needed in the room. Nothing, it was all good

Good car parking. Breakfast was not good. There were just few clients but all the time something was finished cheese, bread, eggs.. Maschine coffee. Not elsewhere in Sicily. Workers in breakfastroom were childish and unpolite.

The location was easy to find and they had a security parking. The staff at the reception was friendly For the breakfast that can do better with some fresh fruits. Don’t try the dinner it was overpriced for what we received. The area doesn’t feel very safe

The staff is super nice and helpful (gave us advice, helped us with directions, allowed us to check out super early with no issues). The hotel itself is really close to the Palazzo dei Normani and about 15-20 minutes walk from the center. This was perfect for us because the city center can get quite busy so it was nice being able to escape to a quieter area at night. It is also about a 20 minute walk from the Palermo Central station but you also have a ton of bus options if you prefer to take transportation. The room we stayed in was big and spacious with a super comfortable bed, plus a nice balcony to enjoy the night breeze. Breakfast had great croissants and fresh fruit every morning. All in all we were really happy with the hotel and we think it's a great choice when visiting Palermo.
