Shower temperature fluctuated.

Host met us at the front gate, and showed us to the property. Went through all amenities and places to visit nearby. Excellent facilities and great breakfast available. He met us at a time that was convenience for us which was appreciated and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Nothing, would stay again.

Alex is the most amazing host. Besides being super nice and helpful, he has put a lot of thought and effort into making your stay comfortable. His attention to detail is incredible. Although this is a room in a spacious and airy apartment, I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel. Alex was full of recommendations and extremely helpful. My room was very large with a private bath and balcony. The breakfast was perfect. The bed very comfortable. The place is surgical center clean, not a speck of dust or dirt anywhere. The metro is very close (Easy to get to from the airport) I walked everywhere. The apartment is in an excellent location. Not a thing. My stay was perfect.

Good location overall. Pretty close to everything I wanted during my time there. Alex was there every morning for breakfast, which he bought to showcase local delicacies. He also pointed out local areas of interest on a map when first checking in. Crazy value for money, to be honest. Excellent price for what was on offer.

Breakfast is good. Owner kept track of my arrival to check me in. Responsive. Proximity to city centre and Palazzo Real Orleans station. Value for money.

It was very clean, had excellent breakfast and the host was very friendly and helpful. He recommended the best options for food and drinks.

First of all, `i am very much grateful to the hosts (Alessandro and Marcello) who were very efficient and friendly) and helped me to solve all my problems. The room was sufficiently big, clean, and nice. Breakfast was good and variations were possible on request. The fridge in the big room was equipped with additional water and juices. Quite close to the center of city. Definitely recommended. No clear. indication in the street. In fact, no parking. Available paring is costly and located far away.

Alex is the best host, very communicative and keen to help. His recommendations were spot on. The place is very nice and warm. The breakfast with typical Palermitan biscuits was awesome. The place is very near to the historic center. We will surely come back to his place.

Breakfast was enjoyable - filled Sicilian croissants and coffee, buns, yoghurt, juice, sweet tartlets. Second day we had to miss breakfast because host was late and we had to catch a train.
