Meridiana B&B

I had a pleasant here, and hosts, Deborah, and her father, were attentive, friendly and made me feel very welcome. I also felt very safe as a solo traveller. The rooms are comfortable and clean; there's also access to a small kitchenette, to make tea/coffee or use the microwave. The location is relatively central, though it's about a 20-minute walk to reach the center of the city. There's also access to public transport (buses) close by. Highly recommended if you're looking for somewhere clean, friendly, and comfortable to stay while in Palermo!

Not against the property at all but be mindful that it’s in a city with city street parking. We were able to find a spot when needed but be patience driving around the blocks for a spot.

Very friendly staff, very clean Hot water was malfunctioning.. always going either very hot or cold.. breakfast was decent but was expecting some ham and cheese

Debora was exceptionally helpful and so welcoming. The breakfast the next morning was incredible and full of local treats and gorgeous coffee. Debora was super kind in giving advice on where to go in Palermo and where do avoid in the rain. Walk back into town wasn't difficult to navigate and took us about 25 mins at a leisurely pace.

Super friendly staff! Almost no natural daylight in the room. Fine for sleeping and short stays but not inviting for staying during the day for longer period of time.

The property was fully renovated, the room clean, spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the owner and her father did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. We really enjoyed the stay. The property is on a very busy street and parking spots are scarce, but we managed to find a spot on both days of our stay.

Debora was an exceptional host. She shared many great tips about how to enjoy Palermo and we had a wonderful time.

We had an excellent stay at Meridiana B&B, the rooms are cozy and new, the breakfast is very good and Debora and her father are the best hosts possible! We recommend Meridiana B&B.

Debora and her father were really friendly hosts.Although he didn’t speak English he used google translate and it worked out fine.To find a parking spot was not to easy and the walk into old town was about 2km which especially at night was not to fun because streets in Palermo are really dark.

Lovely place to stay. The bed was comfortable got a great sleep. Staff very helpful,friendly, Definitely recommend staying here. Next time we will stay for longer time. Location is good

Exceptional

Debora was beyond exceptional host, she was extremely kind, helpful and gave us a plenty of advices. She even arranged our breakfast in a way that we could try as many Sicilian specialties. Our room was perfectly clean, spacious, and the location is amazing. It’s only a 10-15min walk down to the centre of Palermo. To sum up, everything was perfect, more than 10/10, we will be back and we will definetely choos Meridiana B&B again. /

Exceptional

The warm welcome from Debora and the nice excellent service and exchanges with Adele at breakfast. The excellent capuccino, local specialties both savoury & sweet and fresh fruit at breakfast. The recommendations for things to do and where to eat. The room was cosy, comfortable and immaculately clean. Everything was new. The location was perfect, only a 15’ walk to the old town and safe & free parking in the street. We would definitely book Meridiana b&b again on a nex visit to Palermo. Nothing

Some areas of the outside parking are free, but there is almost never free space, and even if there is, the vehicle would be exposed to a high risk of getting scratched or damaged due to the city's driving culture. However, since we didn't want to risk it, we were given an excellent recommendation by Debora to park in a (safe) relatively cheap parking with 24/7 video surveillance.
