There was no hot water in our last day

The location was close to many restaurants and shops as well as the Palermo Cathedral. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and there's a little dining room with a refrigerator, cups, plates, silverware, cookies, etc .. it was nice having a place to keep our drinks or leftover food from the restaurant. It was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was wonderful! Answered our questions promptly and had our room set up nice for our arrival. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean and location to main city attraction is walkable from this place. I like that place has cameras in common areas because every guest gets same key to enter and when inside you get your own key for the room and that made us feel safer. We didnt like view from the balcony to the courtyard with parked cars and the historic building in very poor condition. Other guests can be heard behind your room door as they pass the common areas.

The b&b is very close to the city center. The host went above and beyond and helped us after we forgot something in the room after check-out. Tip: try the local special dishes at the restaurant "Testagrossa" around the corner from the b&b.

Unfortunately we had a big flight delay, but the host was very helpful and gave us tips on how we could reach the apartment the fastest from the airport. He also deposited the keys in a keybox so we were able to check in quite late. The next day he made us coffee and we had a nice chat. The apartment is well equiped and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was beyond great! Good location, just 5 minutes from the Cathedral. Very clean room, spacious, with all the necessary equipment. Alessio was the most helpful and kind host we have met!! Kalatfimi B&B really is the place you should book for your trip in Palermo!

This property was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was a very central location and our host was friendly and helpful. There is a great restaurant and pizzeria downstairs. We loved this stay. Grazie

Fair, for location and price Wifi, trouble logging in, only one coffee bar around corner. Long walk to sites. You are in the area of lots of parks and universities

Everything just wonderful! The room is spacious and cozy, very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, you can easily reach important objects on foot. And the owner Alessio is just amazing! He gave us many tips on what to visit and how to get there, as well as several places to have delicious breakfast and dinner. We were more than satisfied! ?

Our host was very friendly and flexible. The location was perfect - close to the city centre but with a local vibe. The rooms were clean and everything worked as one could hope including a good aircondition. Perfect way to accomodate oneself in Palermo.

Alessio was very kind to inform us about the attractions around Permo old town and gave us great reccomendations for food. Thw room was tidy and cleaned every 2 days, which is great for a B&B. On a few days it rained and we made use of the umbrellas available by the entry.

Great beds and pillows but just wish there had been a soft seat to sit in We walked from the station it was hard to fine was hidden host eventually had to come and meet us but had we known that it was directly across the road from the large flower shop we could have found it

Room spacious, clean and well furnished. Noise from street food under balcony was intense and non stop. The main road is super busy 24hrs..good windows shut out the noise but impossible to sleep with them open. The area although centrally located is run down and very dirty.
