We stayed here 1 night for our first night on the sicily divide The owner let us store our bike box on the roof. Very nice owner breakfast was great. It is inside a building on the 3rd floor with stairs but otherwise is great Super close to the main pedestrian street Will be staying again and would recomend Cheers

My room was very big and it had everything to make my stay comfortable. Giuseppe and Gina were so friendly and kind. I stayed 6 nights and all the breakfasts are so fun together. Also the open buffet is really rich for the breakfast. + The center is very close by walking. Wifi is barely available in my room. Maybe it could be improved. Other than that my stay was amazing.

The location is very nice, it was the only thing that consoled us. The atmosphere of the rooms makes you shiver a little. The room is cold and very old like concrete. The bed trellises and the bedspread were old and torn. There was a lot of hair on it. The wardrobe is a ridiculous wardrobe.breakfast is a complete fiasco. They give a few cakes, no butter, for example, when I asked, they said no.

position in the city host has a strange and extreme political views, which is sharing with guests without being asked

There wasn't enough food for breakfast, i come about 9:10, and only sweet things left, no more cheese, salami, ham.... also they removed plates, forks, knives. Very disrespectfull.

Location near the historical city center, clean and large room, comfortable bed, nice personnel

only the cup of coffee no elevator in the residence and no reception ,the level of the cleaning very bad especially the smell of the bathroom drain very bad

the exit The host has a very bad voice, and he woke us up by singing very loudly in the morning at 8:00 am right in front of our room. My friend thinks it was intentional.

Great breakfast on terrace with views of Palermo Parking not easy as it's in old narrow streets. We arrived late evening so it was ok for 1 night squeezed in

Big beautiful room The owners don't speak even a little bit of English. The toilet didn't flush well and left a bad smell in the bathroom. Owners are preparing breakfast right next to our room and kept shouting a lot during more than an hour. Not a great way to wake up before your alarm clock.

The breakfast is served the roof with a great view over the city of Palermo. Host very helpful (in italiano) The room itself is pretty basic, but it's a cheap hotel. Entry is a bit complicated using 2 different pin codes, and lots of steps. Parking was (miraculously) ok, as we arrived late evening, doubt if it would be ok in daytime due to narrow street etc. Palermo needs me to help them set up Park & Ride to resolve the nightmare

had everything you needed and was in a quiet little alcove. bed was comfortable. the shower head wouldn’t attach to the wall so had to hold the shower head while trying to wash. a bit tricky in a small shower and something that could have easily been fixed.

Unusual and funny equipment in room. Staff could be able to speak at least some english.

We're glad that we chose this hotel. Very nice staff, we got big room lot of space with 2 beds ( 1 double, 1 single). The bathroom could be a little bigger but I guess that is imposible and difficult to change :) In room was TV, fridge ( we didn't use), dresser and wardrobe. Additional we had include breakfast. Defenitely I can recommend this place, good value for this price. We spent most time outside so we didn't need 5 star room :)

Location, marble stairs and real Palermian spirit and adventure. You need to be acute to fully enjoy the place
