Cannatella's Mansion

Location was close to the centre of Palermo, just an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. Finding the property was a little difficult and not being aware of where the parking was created a small problem. I would suggest that they promote where the parking is to make things easy. There was sufficient parking, it just needs to be conveyed better.

Prime location with parking

It was extremely NOT clean. The sheets were as already used and not changed,towels were the same. No glasses.It was really bad smell all over the room. The location is good and the option parking is also good. Nothing more! It was too expensive for the quality

Everything was ok. There was a breakfast in the morning. Room was clean. Noise from the street.

The staff were lovely, and the location is very good I felt the place needed an uplift, the walls needed to be refreshed a bit dirty, the mirror in the bedroom needed a good clean, no facilities in the room, like no glasses to have a drink, the bathroom may need a deep clean

Exceptional

We got quite an interesting room with a massive bathroom. We loved it. The terrace was beautiful but we stayed only one night and we did not have the time to use it. Other than that the bedroom was nice and so was the breakfast. I asked for two boiled eggs and they were hot and ready for me in the morning. Last, I would recommend this place as I got quite a safe parking within the premises and more importantly was able to extend my parking stay until I did the sightseeing in town. The town was also close and everything was around the corner by walking distance.

We took the room with the jacuzzi and the experience was wonderful. The facility was clean and new. The jacuzzi doesn’t have the protection glass towards the room and once the manipulation touchscreen got stuck (probably because of the water) and the massage stream of water flooded the entire room including suitcases. The parking is inside the facility yard with the gate which gets closed from 19:00 to approximately 8:00 in the morning. So if you come after 19 you can’t use this parking. We had the early flight and the gate to the parking was closed at 8, so we got pretty scared. Had to call the owner and get him to come and open. So if you have the early flight - tell the stuff about it. They also don’t really speak English.

Great breakfast - eggs, bacon, sausages, croissant, cereal, cheese, ham, coffee, juice. Parking in the yard included in the price. You just can't leave after a certain evening time, the gate is closed

The staff were friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi bath was dirty and we had to do a rinse cycle ourselves to clean out the previous users dirt. The shower flooded as the drain did not work. The bed was rather uncomfortable and no duvet, just a thin sheet in November when there was quite a chill at night. No english speaking staff (no problem as we were in italy, just to note)

I want to thank Cannatella’s Mansion manager for being such a welcoming host! The mansion is situated very close to the main sightseeing destinations. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food, it’s a great value for the price!

The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. It looks even better than the photos. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to all the main sights. And the staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Everything was great.
