The staff were incredibly welcoming and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. The room was spacious, cleaned regularly, and had everything we needed. The breakfast and coffee were a lovely touch each morning. The location is also great, just a 15 minute walk from the city center and surrounded by shops, bakeries, and grocery stores. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location is in a quiet street with free parking available. It is a 15 min walk from the location to the start of the historical center of Palermo (specifically, Porta Nuova and the Palazzo dei Normani). Walking disance to the historical center at a decent price is what we were after. The room is small, but clean and tidy. It is a small room. It works well for a 1-2 night stay, but I would not recommend it for longer periods of time. It can be somewhat daunting to return to the location on foot after sunset, as the main boulevard leading up to the property from the historical city center has areas with missing street lighting. The area is pretty calm though, so we didn't have any problems. Street lighting might also get fixed. :-) Breakfast options were somewhat disappointing. We had a selection of sweet and salty snacks bought from a grocery store. Everything is self-service, but that was to be expected.

Location is about 10-15 mins from Porta Nuova. Owner is super nice. Bedding was clean. Good working A/C. The mattress was uncomfortable, very thin. The shower had black mold. The toilet is too close to the sink. Might not be suitable for a tall/big person.

The room is small but it is well equiped and have everything you need. Apartment is located a bit far from old center, about 25 min walking but it was not problem because walking there we were exploring around. I would recommend this place.

it’s nice and clean and you can walk to the city center you can’t offer room with breakfast and just leave a few snacks and coffee on a table. Cookies for breakfast wasn’t what I was expecting
