Multiple rooms share only one bathroom. Wish there was more towels in room

For us, the location could not have been better. It is a short walk to the beautiful Via della Libertà and to the magnificent Teatro Politeama Garibaldi, and a much shorter walk to the Palermo 1st Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where we worshipped. The staff was warm and wonderful, the breakfast was abundant, and the decor was delightful. The price was exceptional. The bed was very hard. A softer bed would make the entire stay exceptional. Be forewarned that the bathroom is not private, but there were two bathrooms so it was OK. Just bring pajamas!

Good location close to the train station. Nice neighborhood close to the park. Apartment was spacious, room, kitchen corner and bathrooms well equipped. Premises were clean. Beds were quite comfy. I was negatively surprised by check-in. We haven't received any instructions in advance. We arrived to the accommodation at the exact time we specified in the booking, rang the bell but noone answered. I wrote to whatsapp to the owner but noone replied. So I called the owner, once, twice. Finally answered, said to be busy, driving. Then after a while I received check-in instructions on whatsapp.

the room was very very small for 2 people which was uncomfortable. what was really unpleasant was that every day the cleaning lady comes at 8:30 and starts cleaning this tiny B&B. the incredible noise every morning from the washing machine and other cleaning activities was bad! while the ladies were nice, it is not exactly pleasant that they were running around frantically among the guests trying to have breakfast in the miniature dining area. we also did not particularly like the breakfast which was just some packaged supermarket "croissants". the old fashioned coffee machine also sucked.

The property is very clean and had a fair breakfast - Hot water wasn’t enough and even you take a super fast shower the other has to wait over 30min to take a hot shower. - They start cleaning the comum area and other rooms around 8/8:30. Even the breakfast sign says 6-10am you can barely eat your food peacefully. Or get some rest after 8/8:30am

The location was nice. 20-30 mins walking to downtown. They give us water everyday, they also have a table with sweets and hard candies. It has 2 restrooms equipped with everything. Other people, I don’t know if it was the staff or another guests made a lot of noise in the common area :/

The property is located in a good location - many tourist locations can be reached on foot. We came from the airport by train, and it was also easy to walk from the station. Convenient self check-in thanks to the video instructions. The accommodation itself is like a small apartment with five rooms and two bathrooms. The bathrooms are very well equipped, everything is well thought out. There is a small shared kitchen-dining room where you can have breakfast or coffee. The window in our room had shutters that did not open, so there was not enough light in the room. It would also be desirable to add more lighting points. The soundproofing is not perfect, but since we had quiet neighbours, it didn't bother us. But our overall impression of the accommodation is positive.

location breakfast is very poore

Good location for touring around the city,2 mins to bus route,20/30 min walk to cathedral…..we walk a lot,so not worried about the distance…….if you prefer then just jump on the bus. Very friendly staff,kept very clean too. High ceilings,so sound from other people coming and going is noticeable,but not much of a worry………

We were able to communicate very easily with the owner in English. The location is very central. We were able to reach the center of Palermo from the house very easily. Many famous brand stores are very close to the house. The facility does not have a parking lot. However, you can easily park your car in the white and blue marked parking areas on the side of the road. The owner has enlightening information about parking as well as all other issues. There is Wi-Fi connection in the facility. Wi-Fi reception is reasonable. The room could have been a little bigger. For 4 people with suitcases, the space is very tight.
