It is truly a lovely place to stay the pictures. Don’t even do it justice. It was just a charming, beautiful hotel. Really only one thing we’d like to have a mirror in the bedroom not just in the bathroom that’s for quick fixes or quick check ups when the other person is in the bathroom.

Great Staff good people They have a beautiful rooftop bar and a place to unwind at end of day but was only open for breakfast 7:30am to 10:30am! Such a waste of space.

The staff was really incredibly helpful. I can’t say enough good things about Stefania. I e been traveling for years and she was far and away the best helpful person ever. And so polite. She was so helpful with every question I asked. She even rented a car for us and had it delivered to the hotel to save us the trouble of going to the agency. Her directions to attractions were spot on. And the door man also was helpful with everything. The breakfast staff is very friendly and polite. And they have valet parking. I really don’t have any negatives.

Great room and location, extremely close to the Palermo main venue. I would dearly recommend this hotel. Nothing to mention.

Construction and everyday living noise from the inner court outside our room window (our room is classic twin, with no open window to street）。 This is not a problem that can be easily addressed, as it is an inherent problem with many city hotels.

this hotel was incredible, the rooms and common areas were beautiful with such attention to details, the breakfast was better than the pictures looked and the staff was extremely accommodating! there wasn't anything I did not like and will be staying here again when we return to Palermo!

The location was very good, the staff was helpful, the breakfast room was very nice and good breakfast with lovely staff. The room was quite dark and very noisy at night from traffic and people on the street, especially on Saturday night. The mattress was quite hard for our preference.
