The staff was amazing and helpful. I gave it 9/10 just because the bathroom gets really stinky with the sewers. It's not the hotel's fault, and it got better after the daily cleaning, but the smell returned. It's ok if you keep the bathroom door closed.

Breakfast was not included but I did have breakfast twice at the facility and it was very good with variety of options, I would give it a 9 The room furniture could be updated and room to be refurbished in a modern way

The location was great, within walking distance to city center, and many restaurants and cafés, but still very quiet, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff very friendly Nothing

The city is great and the hotel is quite well-located. It is not in the city center but not so far so it's possible to sleep quite well. The bed is a little bit old/soft so the sleeping was not too comfortable
